  this company is garbage with their rebates. they told me they would make an acceptation. I resubmitted the information for them to turn around and tell me it was denied. I love a company that says one thing and does another. I have been wearing Alcon contacts for 10 plus years. I will be switching brands if this is how i am treated as a long time customer. I DO NOT recommend this company simply for there terrible customer service.

  I purchased Alcon's daily contact lenses through my optometrist in October 2022. The contacts were substantially more expensive that previous contacts and I thought I had successfully filed the information to qualify for the $225 rebate. I forgot about the rebate until the holidays and upon checking on the rebate there was no record of my rebate submission that I thought I made earlier this fall. I called the service line and the company is closed over the holidays and am now beyond the 60 day period to submit the rebate. Missing out on this rebate has me paying more that $900 for the contacts and I would have never have spent that much if I'd known I wasn't getting the rebate. Alcon makes this rebate process too cumbersome and in a restrictive timeframe and counts on people not getting the paperwork or process completed correctly. Not much of a customer focus from **********************. Look likes I'll be talking with my eye doctor about other contact options in 2023.

  I had Alcon ReStor lens put in my eyes in 2012 and was the worse mistake! I have suffered with my eyes since! My eyes feel like you have been in a heavy chlorinated pool, also like dust has been blown in my eyes, there is also a film like ******** is over my eye no matter how many times you blink it never clears out! I have used every dry eye drop made, and they do not help! Eye drs tell me it is dry eye but it is way worse than dry eye and may be a result of why they had a recall! There was a recall on the ReStor lens with my number and they claimed the recall were lens sent over seas, but my number was SN6AD1 was included in the recall. I called Alcon and was given the run around and no one ever returned my call! I am miserable, the only relief I get is when I go to sleep! My eyes interfere with my concentration, can only be on computer less than 30 minutes, it is hard to focus when I try to read. The Alcon ReStor lens have taken my joy! I have to wear tinted safety glasses when I am out, I cant read labels on shelves in grocery stores! Any bright light is mere torture! I would not wish this on anyone, and advise people not to get ReStor lens!

  This Company is a Scam with the rebate!! Unbelievable,, when you have documentation and **** of sale and still have a a difficult time with your rebate! THIS IS A SCAM!

  Dishonest company that doesn't honor rebates, Pulls bait and switch, buy another brand don't waste your time with a dishonest company that has an inferior product

  Horrible company to work with. I receive defective contacts and have had to work with them to get them replaced. However, they WILL NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS. I've been getting the runaround and haven't been able to get my replacements. I need those contacts. My current pair is almost up and I have nothing else to use. I'm ****** off.
