    I attempted to log into my online account 10/25/2023 to sign up for for sessions at this location. When I logged on, it was noted I no longer had access because my account was past due. I looked on my bank account and saw that I was charged for the months of September and October on 10/13/2023, bringing my account back to current. I should have had full access to book sessions and enter the facility starting 10/13 but I did not. I noticed my account as charged again 11/1/2023 for the November membership period. I logged on my online account and still had the same error message. I went to the ************************** location (Where my membership is located) and attempted to enter the facility with my code and my code did not have access. I have been paying for a membership for 3 months that I did not have access to. When I contacted the owner in regards to this, they are not willing to refund me for the months of October or November when I tried to access the facility and sign up for sessions but was locked out although my membership was current. There was an employee onsite when I visited the facility 11/3 and the systems were down so they could not access my account at the time. I have requested to cancel via email and the owner refuses. I have also requested I be refunded for the months my membership was paid for but I did not have access to book sessions or enter the facility, the owner refuses. This is theft and I am not okay with this.
