  I have spent the last two weeks emailing and calling and leaving messages for someone to contact me from KidZania Frisco. I purchased four vouchers for $169 and someone there put the wrong date on them so it shows they expired in 2023 instead of 2025. I have left multiple voice messages and emails for two weeks. No one has attempted to communicate with me.

  I have very dad experience yesterday in KidZania ******. I got there around 2:30pm. When I bought tickets, there were some fees which were not show on website. For example, Bracelet Activation Fee $7/per person. Secondly, you cant bring any drink and food there because you need to pass security check, It means you must buy during more than 4 hours with kids. Thirdly, you must make a reservation in advance for some activities which have extra fee. For example, make a pizza. In addition, they dont have a paper map and you must scan the ** code. It is so inconvenient for first coming person. Because the scanned map is disappeared when you use cellphone do another thing. Furthermore, for most activities, you should wait more than ********************************************************* one day. My experience is that I waited more than 2 hours for the aviation academy. However, the officer told my children go in end of the line because parents cannot hold the spot for their children. Parents cannot hold the spot in line for their children , every parent knows that children cannot hold the pee for a long time, is it a reasonable? I had never seen this rule in any where before, but in KidZania, it is!

  horrible experience and business is run terribly. My child is there for a field trip right now and first of all, if there was an emergency, I have no way to get into contact with this business because they don't answer the phone. It sends you straight to a messaging system. Second, half the area is closed down, and they are completely understaffed. The teachers are overwhelmed. I would not recommend this business. We paid for a full experience and walked away with half. Rip off.

  My kids had an amazing time at KidZania. After my daughter went on a field trip there, she couldn't stop talking about it it. So naturally we loaded up and went. My son and daughter both LOVED making the Kinder eggs and making their own podcast. We 100% would go again!

  We payed for my daughters birthday here. First of all the system to make the deposit was very difficult; it would not go through. The lady I was in contact with was unreachable due to it being her birthday. On the day of the party they ripped us off on the party room. They tried to kick us out before we even cut the cake because we had a time limit which we did not know of (mind you we had already payed deposit and extra money that was for extra services). I had already told them we were waiting for one more person and they wanted to charge us for an extra hour when all we needed was to cut the cake. On top of that we had just ordered 2 more pizzas. So because I did not want to pay for an extra hour, the lady with the headset told us we would have to get out. She said there was other parties, but in reality they told me before that my daughters party was the only one for that Sunday. (Plus there was another party room next door not in use). So I guess they expected us to eat the extra pizza we just payed for and cake in the hallway. The lady with the headset was very rude barging in our party room to basically kick us out several times. They could of at least mentioned that we only had certain amount left so we could begin to do cake and presents. We payed a good amount of money for them to treat us that way and on top of that they wanted more money from us. I was very disappointed with our experience. It was our first and last time to visit there. It was too much stress to deal with the workers who could not even appreciate our business. Next time we will for sure take our business some where else. Do not waste your time or money there. Even ********************* would have accommodated us better.
