On 2-15-25, I brought my 2002 ***** IS300 to get checked out at **********************************************************. I just bought this car 3 weeks ago, brand new from a dealer. The mechanic backed my car into a tow truck and damaged the right tail light fender/trunk to my new car. We talked to ******* ******** and he said we needed to call corporate office to get this remedied. We haven't heard from anyone. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

I took my car in for a simple oil change. Upon the mechanic opening the hood to look at the engine he pulled off one of the radiator hoses tearing it apart. Coolant leaked everywhere and I asked how did that happen? He said he didnt know but would replace it free of charge since it was his mistake. I asked how long he said about an hour or sooner if we can get the part. About 30 minutes later he informs us that they arent able to receive the part that day, and would have to wait till the next day to replace the part and get the car back since it wasnt drivable. As much as an inconvenience this was i was assured that it would be cost free since it was their mistake and that I can pick the car the next day. So I agreed. Next day I get a phone call from a the manager that was not there the day before and tells me he got the parts and was going to begin fixing them. Then proceeds to give me an estimate of $900+ dollars. I said excuse me. I assumed it would be free of charge since your mechanic told me so. I went to look at the car and another part of the radiator hose that was not broken before was now broken. He told me both would have to be fixed. And I said that is absurd I cant afford that I came in for an oil change. The car was stuck and not drivable so eventually I gave in. It took another two days to get the car back. For a simple oil change. And then they messed up the oil change and finally agreed too not charge us. (This is noted in the document sent.) But the mechanic already took my card. When I asked for a return he said they dont do that. And to dispute it with my bank and that he would not dispute back. So I did and got my money back. 6 months later my bank calls me to let me know that they are indeed disputing it and I owe the $500 in full. After four days of no car two days of missing work all for an oil change gone wrong I couldnt even trust the manager to stick to his word.
