    **** ***** an employee of Melton Morcross & Associates contacted everyone that is not part of this business. I am the wife of the owner, my name is not anywhere on the business, neither is his ex-wife's name anywhere on the business, but this idiot decided he would contact all my previous names as well and in doing that has put me in jeopardy with an ex-husband who was stalking me and tried to kill me and now I have to start watching my back again. My ex-husband had no idea where I was or that I was even married again, but he does now and now I will have to continue to make sure I am not stalked and I am not bothered by my ex-husband. This company had no reason to include my name or my current husbands ex-wife to be able to talk to us. They have threatened us and harrassed us and harrassed those who are not even on the business name in their collection process. These are evil people who just don't mind hurting people. They had no business going back alsmost 12 years and pulling up my information from my ex-husband. If I have to deal with my ex-husband again, I will be taking out a serious complaint for sending them something that has put me in danger.

    I am responding to this complaint from ****** ************.

    We were hired by a creditor to collect an outstanding balance due from Marsh Co, see attached statement of account from the creditor.

    The contact information provided by the creditor goes to ****** ***** and her company.

    ******* ************ claims to not be affiliated with the debtor company, however as per the attached email and signature from ******* ***** it clearly states she is in fact the office manager of the debtor company.

    Her complain has no merit. Our collection process will continue until the balance due is received by the creditor, Our client.

    Please confirm receipt of our response.
