      My child attended KidStrong in *********, **. While the idea of the program is good, my experience was not pleasant. My 3 year old son was yelled at by staff and threatened to be put out of the class in front of parents and other students. As a parent I feel that working with toddlers and young children staff should be better equipped to redirect and guide the students. There were at least ************** the class, there was no structure or organization, more than half the class had difficulty focusing because of the lack of structure. I would not recommend this particular gym to others.

      Do not bring your kids here!!! Do not do any business with this place especially person in charge her name i Sierra * I wish I could give a 0 star* My kids was going to this place almost 6 months* We had other plans for summer I gave ****** 30 days notice for cancellation* She asked me why and I briefly explained to her **Me and her were agree that was a last month* I paid with card for the last month of payment* And even she said card not saved and we were done* I seen another $188 Payment charged this month which I didnt authotized* My kids not even going there anymore This is not how you do business* Kids Strong may be a big company but not this franchise run by this women * It ashemed!!!!

      Hello Nilufer. I do apologize if this is frustrating. The time stamp of your request was after the billing date of your May payment. In the system when we process the cancellation if it is after the previous billing the policy of our terms of service is applied to every cancellation request. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I was under the impression this was understood when we spoke on the phone yesterday and you notified ** that you were going to call your bank instead to get the charges back. Again, we understand the frustration and wish you and the boys the best in the future.
