    I employed Mitchell Fence & Supply Co (hereafter Mitchell) to build a fence with gates around my home in ********. Fence was constructed to our satisfaction, however one of the gates has been far from satisfactory. I have contacted Mitchell by phone, by email, and by ******** messenger sending words, pictures, and most recently a video describing clearly and calmly the situation. Mitchell has come to the house 2 times before to fix the gates, but did nothing to remedy the situation. Mitchell most recently replied by messenger that they would take care of the issue on Monday February 27. That has not occurred. The issue is that the larger of the 2 gates was not constructed to the specifications I provided(48" wide), and the fence is now inoperable.

    Yes I have spoke to client. I told him as soon as we could we would be avail to check out the gate. The gate was installed where client wanted it. I do believe that is part of the problem. As weather problems.   ( it must be dry) and crew has been working in opposite direction. We plan in the next week if dry to adjust gate. I told him we will get to it as soon as possible.  Fence was installed  12/31/2021 and we have adjusted gate twice since then.
