    They sold my wife a ***** vacuum mop POS that doesnt work. We now have a $2,000+ bill for piece of c*** that doesnt work and they refuse to take it back. They did all of this while I was at work when I got home the salesman leaving intentionally stayed quiet and didnt tell me that my wife had made the purchase. We will never do business of any sort with Palmetto Rhino Solutions ever again, their salesmen are not welcome on my property and I will be telling everyone I know about their terrible products and ethics.

    I purchased the Demo kit after I stated I did not want to originally buy it due to the price. The Supervisor came and stated he would make me a agreement and sell it for way cheaper. The final outcome was I am paying the same price with all the interest included! I am trying to reach the company to get out of the contract and for the last day or so I have been calling and not getting any answers or find a correct address listed on the contract. I've called several numbers and cannot reach anyone.**************

    Not sure to what he is referring as his purchase was cancelled and the machine was picked up from his house. I don't know how to respond to this because he no longer has a ***** and all financing was cancelled at his request. I believe he tried to call us over the weekend but we contacted him and refunded him as per the contract. I'm sorry for any miscommunication. We are always here to be of assistance.

    Purchased ********************* stating is in school and needed sale to win a trip. When called company number listed on card from CLC spoke with young lady who placed me on hold in which a young man came on the line stating he was the manager. I explained the issue of not being able to remove a part. He gave me a number and stated someone would come by and assist..no one showed as this was a week or two before Christmas. After waiting and struggling to remove part attempted to turn on ***** and low and behold it will not start. Attempted to call today and receiving message that mailbox is not set up. So call another number manager gave me receiving message mailbox is full and unable to leave message. I am hoping this was not a SCAM!!!
