    This contractor was hired to install new roof at my residence he has been paid back in July 2022
    contractor has not started work and keep setting dates for work to be started and yet its December no roof has been completed I am now declining service from this contractor and has email owner Mr ***** for refund request and is willing to bring legal action to owner for not completing job in timely manner

    THIS CASE WAS DISCUSSED BETWEEN THE CLIENT , THE OFFICE , AND HER SALESREP.
    EVERYTHING WAS CONCLUDED AND THE MISUNDERSTANDING WITH SCHEDULING WAS RESOLVED AND THE ROOF SYSTEM HAS BEEN REPLACED ON DECEMBER 6TH, 2022.
    ALL WORK HAS BEEN PROFESSIONALLY COMPLETED.
