    We are very frustrated with JAS Roofing Co. We paid them to replace our roof which took them 9 months to install our new roof and it was not installed properly. After several heavy rain events, on 3 separate occasions, we discovered roof leaks in the master bedroom, master bathroom and lastly the laundry room. Each time we called and spoke with owner, Mr. ****** *****, he sent the crew chief, ****, who located the leaks and repaired them. After all of these issues, we have ceiling drywall damage and we were concerned about mold in the attic. On Dec. 20, 2024 we had ********************** come out to inspect the attic. We showed him where the water spots were in the house and he went into the attic and found where the insulation needed to be replaced. He quoted us a price of $1,678.07. They came back on Jan. 4, 2025 to do the work and we paid them the price that was quoted. We are seeking reimbursement from JAS Roofing since these issues are related to the roof not being put on correctly. We sent a certified letter and a letter via regular mail requesting reimbursement. The certified letter came back as undeliverable (sent to ********************************************) this is the address shown on his work order and then we mailed letter via regular mail to **************************************. As of today, we have not heard anything from JAS Roofing.
