      They sent a replacement part but upon assembly at the dealership it was DEFECTIVE and now we are still waiting and waiting for Service from Kabota Corporation.

      On an expensive zero turn you only get 3 years financing if you dont want to pay interest. You also have to get insurance on it. I am ready to pay it off and my bank shows removal of payment but Kubota says they never got the transfer. Im trying to get this resolved but I will have to pay an extra payment until they find my missing one. Company is pure p*** to deal with. Never again will I buy there products. Mower is not that great either.

      I was working at Kubota ************************* and they were told that I was vaping in the bathroom which I was not I wouldn't do that to lose my job the staffing agency that I worked thought was told about it and they said Kubota fired me but Kubota not once got my side of the story they were only told one sided story and *********** me and didn't give me a chance to tell my side which I think is right they are going by what a employee told them when he wasn't even around me Kubota is not what people think I loved my job and the Kubota hr people are so rude and the nurse doesn't care about the people

      **************** ***** in Victoria *** No return phone calls on equipment status meanwhile I continue making payments. Have had my Kubota mower Z421 commando pro has been in shop twice on year old. They tell me waiting for a part 4 days ago and should have it wrapped up they never call me I have to call and when they tell me oh I dont know let me call you back they dont call back.Poor poor customer satisfaction. They sell you the ******************** but could careless about you after.

      As far as the equipment I bought. It works great. However making online payments to these people is boarder line impossible. I had it set up to take my payments from my savings account. The first two- three payments came back saying insufficient funds. Not true. Called my bank verified accounts were full. Kept getting phone calls saying its late. Called many times to Kubota to straighten out. Today received letter on mail saying payment is late when in reality I paid it 2 days early. Letter states insufficient funds again. Called Kubota told them I would pay the amount due but not the 15 refund fee. Finally told me today they dont accept out of savings account payments. News to me. Told me they would look into it. Yeah right. Thieves wont do it. Was told 3 different things by 3 different people that work there. Get on the same page. Absolutely incompetent people working there. Thinking of selling it and buying some place else. ****, non helpful, one sided thinkers. Despicable.

      Tractor has less then 400 hrs. on it and the fuel injector pump went out. And this is not under warranty? Your selling promises you don't keep!!! 7 years? Your full of it!!! No star for this equipment !! But I had to leave at least one!!

      This was sent to Kubota in April 2021. Follow up afterward to see why Im posting this review. Can I have a local area manager contact me? I bought a tractor from ********* valley in august and a land pride tiller last week. They are far from exemplary in their customer service. Ive had all kinds of parts falling off of the machine and they dont even know which parts to order. Ive never owned a tractor before and when they delivered it the guy spent like 2 minutes showing me how to take off loader (hypothetically) and mower deck. Within two hours I busted the front headlight assembly, scratched the hood and dented it, bent the crush guard and nearly harmed myself with the loader falling on me. A week later it had to go in for a hydraulic leak. They suggested I have my insurance fix the damage. I chose not to. I tried to order the headlight assembly when I tried to order the attachment. They told me they had no idea when it would be in. Also need replacement circle clips for the loader, clevis pin and clip for mower deck, plastic deck cover that broke off already and I just had a wheel fall off. I bought the *** and asked them to deliver. They did but not when I was home. I was on my way home and the guy knew that. I asked him to wait as I had no idea how to hook it up either. I passed him leaving my house. Sent text to dealer to ask for help. 5 days later no help. 43 hours. $19,000 piece of junk with no customer service. Obviously I am not happy at all. I want to order the parts to fix myself I guess and see if I can sell this machine and buy something I can be more confident in and have customer service when needed. *********************** @response - none. Called - response we dont have customer facing support, contact your dealerFast forward to today. Ive lost so many small parts and larger parts and now the midmount PTO clutch has sheared a pin either after throwing parts or as a result of throwing parts. PTO bent probably

      Purchased a BX1870 Compact Tractor from ***'s Tractor in 2017. Nearly immediately noticed condensation in the instrument panel. I reported to ***'s, including photos. *** said they'd report to Kubota. Never heard back. Surprise, Surprise, hear we are today, and the instrument panel has completely failed. Tractor garaged when not is use. Very disappointed.
