    everything seems great until problems are reported. I ordered 145 shirts, 2 in which were v neck. order was for a middle school PTA & delivered on 8/22/22. It took time to separate shirts and deliver them. I was contacted by 4 parents saying shirts were defective. I tried calling and found out that they close at 4pm. I reached out again when I was placing the 2nd school order to inform them of the 4 shirts because they have like a text thing in place and that is how I communicated with them when placing my first order. I let them know about the 4 shirts and they instructed me to go through this process of submitting pictures and i would get a response the same day. 2-3 days later I received an email stating that due to it being brought to their attention on 9/19/22, they were not going to replace or credit the shirts. I spoke with *****, said her role was customer service when ask to speak to the manager she said that was her role too. ***** decided to tell me that it was my responsibility to do their quality control. That when she buys things from amazon she has to make sure she checks them out right away because if not she would not receive a refund from them. We all know that is incorrect information. She said i waited past 30 days which is also not correct to let then know. I tried to let them know that PTA is a volunteer position and not a full time job so we dont do this as a daily thing. She said ***** was the account manager ,**** was the production manager and they also declined to replace the shirts. I asked for quality control management and she said i could find that on a paper myself. ***** said that they check every singe shirt. I said, this was a quality control issue. They are not doing their job and to ruin a new customer relation for 4 shirts was crazy. I did find the paper quality control is initials RT and it does not state i need to do my own quality control. I have the sheet and the broucher and it states nothing of this information.

    This customer for ************************** PTA made a purchase with our Company on 08/15/2022. The order was quickly produced and received at the school on 08/22/2022. The order was distributed starting this same week, as advertised on the ************ Page. It is also publicly noted that there were many different groups of people passing out the shirts from this order, as well as them passing out the incorrect sizing which they then accepted exchanges on. Which is crucial to any claim made four weeks later of any items being received in a damaged condition. The complainant states that the issue was brought to our attention upon her placing the second order, which is also inaccurate. The second order was placed for this same design on 09/16/2022. The first initial notice of any issues with the first order were made on 09/19/2022, three days after making the first contact for the new order. Exactly four weeks after receiving the order. There were no attempts made to contact our Company via email, online account (support ticket), phone number, voice mail or even social media, prior to 09/19/2022. After being notified by the customer on 09/19/2022, very rudely, I made multiple requests for her to send me a picture of each of the four shirts, to show the damage of the shirt that our Company printed. Those pictures were never received. There were four pictures uploaded, all of which were of the same shirt in different forms, that are of an obviously older, washed and worn shirt. The black of the shirt was faded and not in a new condition as we sent one month prior. The customer from ************************** PTA was highly confrontational with our staff and enticed a 29-minute phone conversation of her belittling our customer service rep. when she had been informed that we would not be able to offer a reprint due to not being able to verify the shirts were those that we had printed and sent. She still has yet to send us proof that the shirts damaged were in fact ones that we printed. I have contacted the school to inform them we would happily print the shirts if there were actual complaints to the school from people who purchased from the **** I was told there was no notice at the front office (where many shirts were purchased from) and have received no notice since. This customer was demeaning to our staff in the process of making her inquiry and acted out with adding slanderous and spiteful reviews wherever possible when our Company refused to work with her at that point. We expect that all customers will work together with us to help us process any issues that *** arise and that every customer will speak to and treat all of our Employees with the respect that they do their own families. It is unfortunate that this problem occurred, however, our Company sees no reason any one person should be spoke to the way our staff was by this customer.
