      Worst Customer Service EVER!!
      I was referred to Gulf Coast Boiler for a repair, the repair manager David, billed us $5200 in labor charges and stated the boiler would work until we got a quote to replace the panel. The boiler went out the 2nd day. We had been in communication for this repair and was asked to prepay. I
      did the prepay for the job and then they came back and asked for the $4700 balance of the $5200 quote as some had been paid. I told them they can find someone else to hold hostage on a hot water repair for an apartment community that most of the demographics is seniors citizens. They have no concern to drag a customer out for 9 days no water.

      I appreciate your comments and provide this response to assure you that our mode of operating is to provide speedy and thorough service. As a service company we get called out many times to troubleshoot issues with equipment that other people have worked on and potentially modified from the original wiring diagram. I understand that David was in communication with you and found items that needed to be corrected in a series of faults over the period of time we were troubleshooting. I will follow up with a call to you and work towards an acceptable resolution.
