      Yesterday I had the worst experience at the gym with management. They have no communication skills with the customers that attend the gym. Fom the manager Hayley And assistant manager Leanne Leanne they are both equally rude. Haley touches me touches me and asks me questions which she gets ignored it gets ignored because I'm about to start my pursuit class she continues it needs to touch me on my shoulder and I tell her what is it that she wants. The question was if that was my child in class and if he had a membership. He is 13 years old in years old and has a membership that membership that we signed up back in May with everything that I have on my membership Everything my membership has he has as well. Now if they couldn't couldn't do their job properly properly then that's not my problem and I addressed that with them yesterday. It's the jobes rd location. And he has been going all summer and now they want to check. They want to do there job when it's to late then they were laughing at the customers as we worked out. Alot of the ladies feel uncomfortable when they juat stand there and laugh at us working out. I would never recommend this gym to anyone. That whole club is a mess. The front guys are always flitting with girls and having convos with one another not paying attention to the customers. I have had a few encounters and nothing was done. They don't respect boundaries when u say no like LeAnn can't accept no for an answer she will hound you even tho I have told her ro please not talk to me. I need someone to call me or email me back asap.
