      I order a marker along with a picture that goes with it last year. Only the marker was put on my dad grave site but no picture. I contacted ******** about it in June.said he will look into it. Its November I never got a call back and called them as bad they always give me the round around also I emailed ******** but no reponse back.

      My moms service was on 10/4. I received a call from *****, the funeral homes manager, that I was overpaid by $180.00 and that I would be receiving a refund check in the mail. I was never given a time frame when I would receive the check. The only response I get is when I ask for status is Ill check, then I dont hear anything else. This is frustrating, Im grieving and I have to go through this. I have called several times and sent emails. I want my money refunded. I was supposed to receive a letter with the burial information, I never received that either.

      On November 29, 2023, I entered a contract with Resthaven Memory Garden to purchase a tombstone for my mother's gravesite. During the process I worked with **** and it was explained that once the tombstone was paid in full, the process of getting the tombstone would take 6 to 8 months to be placed on her gravesite. On January 15th, I went and paid the remaining balance for the stone. After all the payments had been made I paid $3693.75. At this time, I confirmed with **** the timeframe and she stated that it would take 6 to 8 months for the stone to be received and for the Tombstone to be placed on my mother's gravesite. It is now October 16th and when I followed up I was told that my order(tombstone) was in *****. This was very surprising to me because I did not understand nor agree to making a purchase from *****. I have not been able to get a clear answer as to when the stone would be received and I feel that my requests are being ignored. Because Resthaven is not able to get a stone in an appropiate time frame I would like them to source a stone locally so that my mother's gravesite may be complete. This has been emotionally taxing on me and it is my hope to have this issue resolved as soon as possible as we are reaching my mother's one year anniversary of her passing.

      I paid for flowers to be placed at my grandmothers niche at the mortuary she is interred at. I have tried- at least 10 times, through various avenues- to get in contact with Cemetery Flowers (SCI) to no avail. Here is the most recent email I sent:Hello; I placed an order for my deceased grandmother to receive flowers quarterly. I paid for this service for the first placement to be February 2024, but to my knowledge, no placements have been fulfilled. I paid for this in full, about $123 in November 2023. I first started reaching out to Cemetery Flowers in about July. It's nearly October. No response. I have reached out to Cemetery Flowers (literally) 5-10 times. I have sent messages. I have emailed. I have tried calling. Finally- I have spoken with the office manager of the mortuary (Forest Lawn in *******) who has also reached out to Cemetery Flowers and cannot get a response. I also had an email address for a ****** Davis- whom apparently no longer works for the company, and obviously got no response from that route either (why are her emails not forwarded to somebody else?). Can somebody please get in touch with me? I'm really at the end of my rope with this. I do not understand why I can't get anybody to help me for an order I paid for, for my dead grandmother nonetheless!Can somebody please get in touch with me? My cell is ************, and my email is ************************* I just want to be sure the flowers I've paid for have been placed (and if they have not- I'd like a refund). This has been a ridiculous exercise in the name of customer **********************, you should be sorely disappointed in Cemetery Flowers in that regard.

      I Continue to get upsetting **** mail from Dignity memorial in ******** MN for my late mother who has NEVER lived with me in ******* regarding final arrangements etc-its very upsetting I took a letter I received from them a couple months ago to the local Dignity memorial company *******-********* funeral home on ****************************************************** -I showed the lady the letter and she entered something in the ** and said that should take care if it-it has NOT-I want all letters sent to my home address - addressed to ME **** ****** OR my late mother ***** ******** to STOP

      My father passed away last year and buried in a cemetery owned by ***** Resthaven. We have been in contact with this company multiple times including two in person visits to get a tombstone purchased. Each time we are lied to and getting the same story of we will get back to you. We began this in Feb 2024. We still do not have a quote for the purchase of the tombstone. We have been told several times we will get back to you with that. Most recently, yesterday, my mother went in person to this company for the quote, just to get told again that they would get back to us. I will list dates and types of interactions below.We spoke on the phone prior to the first item, but I do not have the specific date. First meeting, picked tombstone 3/13/24. Later that day got an email that they gave the wrong booklet and had to pick something else. 3/14/24 ***** sent new booklet email. 3/18 we returned email with new choices, ***** responded with she would submit for marker design on 3/18 also. I sent a follow up email 3/28 for contact. ***** (the woman we worked with) responded on 4/9. This came after I had called their office. She said that she hadn't done anything while she was out for a week and no one else had done anything. We were again told she would look into it and get back with us. I emailed again 5/2 for no contact, this time she said again we had to pick a different marker or make a change. We agreed on the change and sent a response 5/2. ***** advised she would get back with us in a week. No contact. We called early june and left a message. We received and email a week later that they would get back to us with a quote. We called again later that month, told we would get a call, no call. We were told she meant for us to come in again, they requested an in person meeting and that was arranged for 8/10. And told we had to wait for the quote. So we are waiting still today. We feel somewhat trapped because they own the cemetery also. We just want this completed.

      We still have not received the second calls needed to complete this order. I am waiting until tomorrow as I was advised a call would come yesterday, didn't happen. Also today we were supposed to have a call, which may come, but has not as of yet. I am expecting a resolution today with the call. Hopefully an order can be placed.

      I put a deposit of ******* on a funeral plan. When I got home my family was in shock I did that. So I canceled within 24 hours. That was March 3 I am on ******** and have memory problems. Now ********* Memorial gardens will not reimburse me the deposit. By law I have 24 hours to change my mind. I have to pay property tax and the money back. Affecting my health by being stressed out since March

      April 1, 2024 Purchased a prepaid cremation plan for my wife and myself for $5792. This included a niche plate for $447, upon calling to check if it was in. I am getting no response. I was originally told 4 weeks, I have been calling and no one calls back after talking to multiple people. THey have been unresponsive and I just would like to know when it will be available and ready if someone can please answer. Also, have a prepaid plan purchased at *********************** that was transferred to this business: The counselor would not honor. I would like to know the status of that prepaid plan since it is all under Dignity Memorial. Again, I have not received any response and have inquired over and over again.

      My family and I are having a hard time dealing with **************** in *****, **. My mom (***** ********) was laid to rest over 2 years ago on that property. We purchased a memorial from an outside vendor which ******* did not like. My family and I had to struggle through all of the red tape. This was unnecessary stress to make things harder because an outside vendor produced better work at a lower cost. There was a headstone unveiling planned for my mother on Mother's Day 2024. The cemetery informed us we would have to pay $1400 to have a foundation set to place the memorial on. A foundation is created correctly by mixing cement once the hole is dug (in colder climates this translates to about 36 - 42 inches deep below the frost line) gravel is placed at the bottom of the foundation. Concrete is then poured and finished to be leveled and smoothed (Example attached). For our Mom we were comfortable paying $1400 even with reservation based on what it takes to complete this task. **************** is not living up to their core values which is Respect, Integrity, Service Excellence & Enduring Relationships. I went to visit my Mom this week and walked up on this site. I've attached pictures of what they thought was OK to do to a family that's already going through hard times. A shallow square was cut out of the dirt, a cement block approximately 24x14x4 was placed in the hole and a little dry cement mixture that didn't cure on the back of the stone. The memorial is 30 in wide. The cement block didn't even cover the base of the stone. They demanded the money but did not take care of us like they promised.

      I am writing to request the $98.00 refund for ****** *. Smith&#**;s H3331**31383732353230H day flag.His flag flew one time only.Both my husband and I had gone into your office requesting this on Saturday, May 25, 2024, Sunday, May 26, 2024, and Monday, May 27, ******* name and phone number were given each time to the lady and gentleman working these days.We were told to expect a phone call that never came.The only way I found out about the cancellation of the H3331**31383732353230H day flags was by visiting my Dad&#**;s crypt H3136373336**38363833H Day weekend.I understand you could return Dad&#**;s flag. An American flag doe not cost $100.00, as per my enclosed check ********&#**;s flag was flown once, not the 50 years per your printed contract pamphlet. The value depreciated by $2.00 resulting in the $98.00 refund requested. I have done my research. An American flag can be purchased on various websites for less than $2.00 with shipping and handling. I am able to receive a free flag from various veterans organizations in Dad&#**;s honor.I know the boy scouts have placed flags on the ****** of veterans. I know ************ 5th grade has removed the flag poles and grave flags. I have taken students to ******** to remove the poles and flags. Because of the school calendar ending before H3136373336**38363833H Day the past two years, the 5th graders haven&#**;t been in school to remove the poles and the Boy Scouts&#**; veterans grave flags at a cost to the families and the ************. Gibbons I believe have been more than patient waiting for your call since the end of May 2024. I will be expecting my refund.
