      My mom, Susan Tran passed on 1/31/2021 and is buried at Glen Abbey Cemetery. Her funeral services were held there and I executed a contract for them to manufacture and install a large custom Granite Headstone/Grave Marker and Bronze Flower Vase. I worked with Michelle Mahin at Glen Abbey on the contract that was fully paid for on 10/14/21 and approved the design. It is now almost a full year later and nothing has been delivered yet. I recently reached out to her and she can't even give me an estimated delivery date. In essence I have fully paid for a product for almost a year and have not received delivery of the Grave Marker and Built-In Vase or even when it will be delivered yet. In addition, I was informed they lost the approved design which I signed off on back in May or June 2021.

      We have been trying to get a headstone made for our son who passed away. There has been very poor communication and lack of response. We have sent over what was asked of us several times and had already paid for the headstone. Part of the money we used was from a fundraiser and we have had several people make us feel like we never paid for or ordered the tombstone. On top of that it is very sad for us to visit and not be able to see it there. We were also promised 2 of the temporary headstones for both family's to keep at our home. We never received those either and are now being told that we can not get them. We have been very patient and reached out to Andrew several times with several emails. He keeps asking us to send him what we want, when it is clearly on the email thread. Andrew has blamed other people for the mistake, then us. This has been a complete nightmare. We requested our money back so that we could get another headstone with another company and was denied that as well. Our son passed away coming up on 2 years not and still does not have a headstone that we paid for over 1 1/2 years ago. We feel the headstone needs to be made and we also feel we deserve a refund and written explanation to show the people who helped donate to his cause know that we did not take the money and in fact we had ordered this tombstone. This was our last resort contacting BBB as grieving has been hard enough, but given the circumstances we are fed up. It takes weeks if not more to even get a response from Andrew and even when we do, nothing gets accomplished. This whole process has been very unprofessional and stressful. Please help. Thank you!
