Pattern of Complaints

Since May 2016, the BBB of Houston & South Texas has received multiple disputes that exhibit the following pattern.  


According to consumer disputes, it has been alleged that Special Design Jewelry has been accepting payment for product in advance and then not delivering.  The consumers are also alleging that they are told via email “the business needs more time and please be patient”.  After the first email contact the consumers are not receiving email responses to obtain a refund or receive a status of their order.  The company does not respond to or resolve the disputes via the Houston BBB.
