      This complaint is regarding 17 payments of $25 each paid to Action Physical Therapy (APT). One payment on 8/16/23 is unaccounted for by them but it is documented on my bank statement. I have written and delivered letters to them, spoken to Ashley, the receptionist who advised me to follow up with the supervisor, Michael Ojoh. I spoke with him and he referred me to Tonya who he said would handle the matter. This did not happen. APT kept sending me bills for $47.55. I spoke several times to my health care provider and Medicare and was told that my deductable was met and I have a credit of $134.36 and my payment to APT is $6.58. I sent this in a letter to the "Billling Manager at Action Physical Therapy, 4008 Bellaire Blvd, Ste M, Houston. No one has responded to any of my phonecalls or my latest 12/6 registered letter asking for a printout and explanation of this bill for $47.55.
