    The company charges $149.99 a month for its service of trading signals. I have been trying this service for 3 months and the performance is bad, and their signals lost all of my money last week due to their lack of due diligence and not stopping the signal before the election occurred therefore all of the trades this signal started went the incorrect way so much as to lose all of the money that I had in my trading account. The cancellation policy says I have FIVE days before my next monthly charge to cancel. Well, that is impossible due to my account being blown on and my monthly charge was scheduled 4 days later. On top of that, you have to email them and say hi I would like to cancel, then they do not respond to you for 24-48 hours, this case 48 hours (of course it would be 2 days because I want to cancel) but the kicker is when they finally to reply to my email it is with a rude response stating this is all my fault and that I now need to fill out a cancellation form! Where do the 5 days come in then when you blow me off for 4 of them and my account is blown 3 days before my card is going to be charged again? This is not good business. So I said to them that it is only right that you refund my money as I am not able to use this service due to having no more money in the account, and it is Christmas, they actually replied and said well just add more money to your account. I assume I am talking to a teenager who has no knowledge and no good business sense at this point. I would think a business that has kept this gig going for 7 or 8 years, whatever it is, would have better customer service. They do not give a phone # to call to get help. Let's save back n forth time; they will say they are an academy selling me training, there is nothing new in their training and it is all about how to set up their software, so let's not try to give that excuse to me. I need help getting my $149.99 refunded please and add this company to your site so others can review the company.
