    I ordered and paid for a basketball on December 9, 2024. I have yet to receive said basketball or been contacted in any way from the company it was purchased from. Their website shows they are in *******, **. I had no idea until I received the tracking/shipment information via email that it was coming from *****. The last tracking information I can find was dated in January, 2025. It's clear as day that this business has done many others this same way. I want a refund!!

    I placed an order online with Quietbounce on November 29, 2024. I purchased 3 quiet basketballs and a basketball hoop. My total with discounts and shipping was $96.04. On December 17th I received an email my order shipped on December 9th and received a tracking number. December 23rd I emailed because the tracking showed the package had not moved since December 13th. No response. January 7th, 2025 emailed again. No response. January 8th emailed again. No response. January 16th i received an email my order was delivered. It was not delivered. January 17th emailed again that I did not receive my order. January 18th I actually received a response asking me to check with my neighbors. January 29th I emailed again stating I still did not receive and my neighbors did not have it. They responded saying it appeared that my order was lost. Did I want them to ship again or process a refund? January 29th I responded I would like a refund. February 28th emailed again that I still had no product and a refund had not been processed. No response. March 22nd emailed again still no refund. No response. April 6th email again still no refund. No response. The missing part of the order is 2 of the quiet basketballs totalling approximately $64.26.

    My order was "shipped" 3 weeks ago and has not updated. The company then charged me a random $30 after providing the tracking number. Now they don't respond to emails, ******** messages and their phone number is disconnected. Scam alert!

    I ordered a Silent basketball from ************************** for a Christmas gift, which seemed like a reputable company, but I never received their product. I have emailed multiple times asking for a refund and seem to get an AI generated response. I ordered this late November early December as a Christmas gift and still have not received a replacement or refund. All I want is my money back!

    I have Been reaching out to the company and each time I keep getting the same response they are looking into it. Its like an automated response. Iam requesting for a refund or for the item to be shipped to me when looking at the tracking number it appears that the item is a standstill, and there has been no movement. It actually says something about it being interrupted. Its the tracking is viewed in red.

    I placed order #***** on November 30, 2024. Its February and I have not received it. I made several attempts to contact seller without any responses. Its clearly a scam site. I need other customers to be aware.

    On Dec 14 I made an online purchase with this company. They took my money the same day. Around Christmas I got in touch as I had not yet received a tracking number. I was told they are very behind and my order is in for processing and will ship soon. I explained that I no longer want the order as it was for Christmas, since it hasn't shipped yet please cancel and refund. I received a response saying it was too complex for them to do that and my order will be shipped soon. I then exchanged several emails explaining my dissatisfaction and that I do in fact want my money back. Not the product. I came to realize the agent on the QBounce end is an AI bot with general replies. Not an actual person reading and responding to why I was saying.After several requests to cancel the order I then received an email on Jan 12/25 saying my order has shipped and providing me with a tracking number. To this day (Feb 18/25) that tracking number still provides no shipping details. I looked up the type of number and it says it is from China origin. When I get in touch regarding the fact that I STILL do not have anything to show for my money or any real shipping details I just get the same generic message back with no resolution. I have looked for and asked for a phone number to speak with someone in person with no results. I just want my money back. I have never received any product. I feel I am not the only one experiencing this but as far as I am concerned this is theft.

    I ordered a quietbounce basketball on Nov. 29th through Zip (Quadpay), which is a pay in 4 service. Anyway, I did not recieve the item until AFTER christmas and it was a complete scam. It showed up in a poorly packaged plastic bag wrapped with packing tape. The ball was vacuum sealed and had no box, no branding or logo as pictured on the website and every email. I emailed the customer service email MULTIPLE times and tried finding a phone number for the business, but nothing worked and the online portion of customer service had no live agent, just stated to send an email. It kept getting delayed when shipping, so they would only respond telling me that and giving me a tracking number. I even got an email stating the ball was delivered and it wasn't I did not receive that package until January 3, 2025!! They then stopped responding to my messages after I sent proof of the cheap, non logo, scam ball. The last message they responded to was Jan. 9th. I just want my money back.

    I purchased one of their quiet bounce basketballs on Dec 2nd, 2024. They sent a confirmation text and then I got nothing after that. So I asked for a status update on December 22, got a message it was in transit. Then a few days passed, I sent more messages and constantly got auto responses of "in transit" or "delay in shipment" and now it showed delivered but still "in transit" when I email asking for a refund i am just given another automated response. Even after it said delivered I'll still get a message it's delayed. I never received it. I have asked for a refund and never get any response except the same automated one.

    Ordered for my daughter before Christmas and still havent received. All the contact info is bogus. Need to see where all of this money is getting deposited and you have the criminal. Order# *****
