    12-4-24, I ordered a quiet bounce basketball for my son for Christmas. Advertisement on their website claims that it ships from **. It did not arrive until January 8, 2025. It came from *****, *****. Not in a box, arrived just in a mailing sleeve taped up. It looks like a nerf ball the lines drawn on with *******. I contacted company through email requesting a refund due to damage and the product being nothing like pictured and also arriving way after Christmas. They have still not provided the refund & possibly have shipped another one to replace the first one. They have a 100% satisfaction guarantee or money back. The website is full of false *************** would at least like to see something done so that others will not continue to be ripped off.

    I bought a product from them on December 8th. Money was taken out of my account right away and email from company saying they received the order. I received a shipment notice but it was extremely slow and has now been stuck in the same shipping status for 35 days. I cant get a response from their support other than a copy/paste generic message. I have asked for a refund 5 times and they have never offered to remedy the situation.

    I ordered a basketball on 11/29 and paid $31.96. I have had multiple emails stating it has shipped or they are backed up on shipments. 2 months later no response since the end of December.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  

    I am rejecting there response because they keep telling me they are going to expedite my order that I placed at the end of November but ever since I submitted to the BBB they no longer communicate. I just want my money back for the product I never received. They will never ship it.

    Ordered on 12:17. Expedited shipping paid for. They billed twice for expedited shipping. They hold me they would refund double billing immediately. They still have not done so. Several emails later. I keep getting computer generated responses that dont indicate they are behind schedule. No estimated ship time. No tracking provided. I have seen tons of complaints against this company for the same reasons I am sending I requested a refund at least four times now Andthey respond with a computer generated response that they are behind schedule and they will be shipping shortly Unacceptable and I am getting my attorney, the state, the bank Involved

    I have contacted this company several times Each time I get a generic response and its different each time from telling me that the item has been delayed to the fact that the item is at the courier But they cannot provide me the name of the courier or a tracking number I have asked for a refund several times and they do not respond   I am also filing with police, State DCP, attorney and banking commissioner.

    QuietBounce promised delivery ahead of Christmas for an order placed on Dec 15. I understand that problems with shipping can occur but my real issue has been trying to get any sort of resolution or update on the order. The tracking provided tells me nothing about where it is and when it might arrive. It hasn't changed since the day I ordered it, which makes me think it's not even a real tracking #. When I email the company, I do get a reply within 24hrs but it appears to be a canned response that has said the same thing each time: "we value your business and apologize for the slight delay...". They have charged my credit card but it does not appear that there is any attempt whatsoever to get me the product, which at this point, with Christmas nearly 2 weeks past, I don't even want anymore.

    Ordered from QuietBounce on 12/13: one basketball and one hoop for a total of 58.93 on my VISA (process automatically through SHOP--through no choice of mine. Went there automatically.)

    Received a tracking number and all it has said to date is "On its way 12/17/24" When I click on updates, nothing changes, though in a series of e-mails from QBounce, they say it is in transit, but they don't give me any other info: no date, no location updates, nothing.

    This afternoon, I filed a dispute with my VISA including all this info, asking for a full refund for merchandise paid for and not received.

    I ordered products on December 2, 2024. I was promised delivery before Christmas in writing. On the 25th of December the products had not arrived or even shipped. The company first told me that it was a delay due to production issues. When I requested a cancellation, they lied and said the shipment was with the courier. I again asked that my order be cancelled multiple times and filed a complaint with visa. They continuously ignore my requests and send a standard email saying "your order will be processing shortly". Terrible company, terrible customer service. Probably a scam. I DO NOT recommend ordering anything from this company.

    The shipment was delayed beyond the time I could give the ball as a birthday present. I went with this company because on their website it states that the ball is not shipped from China (most reasons why shipments take so long).
    When I reached out to the company to cancel my order before it was even shipped they would not do that. As soon as it was shipped I asked that I get information to returning the ball for a refund. They have only responded with a generic email that someone is looking at my request.

    I ordered 3 items from Quiet bounce company and spent over $80 on these items . One was a silent basket ball which is just and orange ball of foam and the other was supposed to be a weighted basketball which was actually a black ball of foam. The 3rd was a plastic hoop which was not as advertised either . Every time I reach out to customer support they send the same generic email back . But won’t address the issue or issue a refund .

    I placed an order on 11/29 to be used as a Christmas gift. On 12/21 I emailed the company and asked them where my order was. They assured me it was in its way and should be receiving it shortly. I still didn’t receive my order in 12/24. I reached out again and asked for a refund. They again assured me it was on its way. 12/26, I still do not have the product and at this point I just want a refund. I ordered a product and never received it. I want my money back. I emailed again and the customer service rep keeps telling me I should be receiving my order soon. I do not want their product at this point. I want a refund since I never received the product.
