    My husband purchased 2 quiet bounce balls for Christmas. What was received was not what was advertised. Balls made from cheap foam with marker and pieces of string for the “net” - packaging was also from China inside the bag around the balls. Company phone number is not in service, I want a refund!

    I placed an order on December 7th, and paid the additional $7.99 for expedited processing. The order should have shipped within 3 business days.
    On December 12th I received an email saying that orders placed after NOVEMBER 24th are delayed, and a coupon for 10% off additional products.
    On December 13th I emailed ******************** to inquire about my order, with no response.
    Today I sent 2 additional emails with no response. In addition I have sent them a message on ******** messenger, posted on their ******** page, and tried calling their phone number...which is not in service.
    All the while they send me emails to buy more products and post ads on social media daily.
    Quiet Bounce needs to communicate. I am completely unhappy with this service.

    Hello,
    We placed an order on 11/25. Was told 4-7 days shipping. Have not received the order nor any info regarding the order, ie order confirmation/number or tracking.
    When looking on their fb website it appears they have done this to multiple people.
    I've tried contacting them multiple different ways and they will not reply. The phone # is disconnected.

    On November 24th, I purchased the QuietBounce indoor basketball in Youth Size 5. My order number was #****. I paid $29.68 for the ball, $4.99 “priority processed shipping”, for a total of $34.67. Per their website, I was assured a “bouncy, weighted, durable, authentic basketball” On November 28th, I received an email that my order had shipped. I just received it today, December 15th. It is a foam ball. It does not bounce. It is not weighted. It is completely falsely advertised. I am unable to get in touch with customer service and I am seeking a full refund of $34.67.

    Bought Quiet basketball on 12/8/23. Got confirmation that I bought it and charged my credit card. Haven't heard anything about shipping. Tried calling the number on website ************. Says number does not exist. Cannot get a hold of them any way

    I have called the number listed on the website to communicate with the company, it does not work. I have emailed, left messages on social media accounts nothing. Material was ordered Nov 23 and still have not received. Message on their social media sites are all negative, having the same issues, being response, scam and product being crap for the price.
    I'm looking for reimbursement and this company put out of business.

    I made a purchase on December 4th. As of today December 14th the item has not shipped and the company will not respond to me. Their website says ships in 1-2 days. At this point I just want my money back. They scammed me.

    Placed 2 separate orders from this company for Christmas gifts. The 1st order was placed on November 21st and the 2nd order was on November 26th. I have not received either order. I have tried contacting the company and was given fake tracking information and still no orders received

    I was charged $83 for 2 QuietBounce basketballs. The contact information is a phone number & email when calling says the number is busy try again later. I’ve emailed & have no response. I’ve responded to order confirmation with no response. I want my money back since no delivery date was given & when going to tracking page “no shippable items”

    I paid for Priority Processed Shipping + Insurance. I have yet to receive the product, there is not a working telephone number and it will not allow me to email them about my order without granting them access to my email. Company stated they were based in the U.S. (Houston, TX) however it had a China tracking number that provides no information (has continuously been saying the same thing.
