I placed an online order on Dec 5. I paid for priority shipping my and the website stated that orders are delivered in the United States in 3-5 days via USPS. I finally received a shipping notification on Dec 13 that it shipped and it has shipped from China. When I reach out to the company they take days to respond and all they say is sorry and thank you for your patience. They said their projection of ordered was off and they have to use a wholesaler now. I explained that I picked their company because it specifically said it shipped from the United States. I have requested a refund and they ignore my request and don’t respond.Initial Complaint

Their website was advertising the quiet basketball as a great holiday gift. Placed my order on December 5, 2024. Tracking link online won’t refresh or upload showing no progress on my order. When I reached out to customer service, they said they cannot provide any shipment or arrival time. They have not been able to provide any information regarding my purchase or when it will be received. False advertising.Initial Complaint

This has been the worst shopping experience I have had in a long time if not ever. Not only I have not received my order that I made over a month ago. They gave no communication except to say the ball shipped when it had not, lied again. When I reached out they refused to help at all and did not address any of my concerns. This company is clearly a scam. I placed an order from their website on 11/14/2024. The site guarantees that their products are shipped from the USA. I have not received my order yet. I have emailed them 4 times requesting tracking information as the tracking number I revived gives zero info. At first it stated it was coming from China. Then I emailed and called them out on it and it changed to LA. Their business address on their website is a Post Office in Houston and I am no longer receiving responses to my inquiries about where my order is.Initial Complaint

I ordered from Quiet bounce last march of 2024. It took weeks to get in the mail. My son bought a knock off from Walmart because he couldn’t wait. When quiet bounce finally showed up he compared them both and said that quiet bounce didn’t compare. I paid a lot more for quiet bounce and my son was paying for it. I emailed the company to send back the product. They told me that the refund would take (a long time). That alone put up red flags. But I sent back anyway. I checked and check cc statement but nothing. Life went on and never did anything. I have yet to get refunded the product. I paid about 64.00$ There product came smashed in a plain cardboard box with netting around balls. No company name anywhere on ball or in box.Initial Complaint

I ordered two balls from this company on April 15, they never shipped them. The 2 birthdays these balls were ordered for passed, still no shipment. I requested a refund and to cancel the order twice and they ignored my request. They offered a 20% discount. That is not enough because I can’t use the balls and have no one to give them to! At this point I would accept 50% of my money back to resolve this. I run a small business as well but would never accept orders I could not fulfill in a timely manner.Initial Complaint

I purchased 3 basketballs with a hoop for christmas presents on 12.4.23, I realized in Feb that I never received the items. I disputed the charge on my CC, who then sent out 2 damaged balls in a package that was taped/retaped, destroye, with multiple packing labels over each other. They denied my dispute since they sent product. I then contacted the company to say what they sent was damaged and not even my full order. They keep giving me a generated response and wont do anything about it. I just want my money back! I will gladly send the damaged package back to them as well. I ordered a basketball from quiet bounce on February 19th, 2024. As of today, April 22nd, 2024 I have not received my order. According to emails it shipped on March 27th, however the updates from the shipping company just says it is awaiting the item. I contacted quiet bounce and all they said was it would arrive e shortly and provide me with the same tracking information I already had. I requested a refund which they ignored.Initial Complaint

I ordered a basketball and the address line autofilled “street” instead of “avenue” and it was sent to the wrong address. I realized the mistake within minutes of placing the order. The policy said they could change the address or cancel the order within 24 hrs but they refused. They also double charged me for shipping. The ball was a present and there was no way to retrieve it and the company refused to refund my money or give a credit or any other help. I am out $50 for a foam basketball that I’m sure was worth $10. The company is a scam.
