    Placed order that was to be delivered by the 11th of Dec. Cannot contact them by phone and they are not responding to my emails canceling the order and refund my money. They have tracking but it shows nothing.

    This company is a scam. It's a piece of foam, lines drawn on it, with a horrible odor. They are not located in Texas, The address on the site is a local post office. They are located in China. They do not return your call or email.

    I would avoid this company. Website states orders ship within 1-2 days but it's been 11 days and my card has been charged but still says order processing. I've emailed them 3 times with no response and when I try to call it says the wireless customer is unavailable. Seems like a scam company to me, I doubt I will ever receive my product.

    I placed an order a week ago and have not heard an update or reply to my emails about its order status. The order "status" still says "order confirmed" but nothing about order being processed or when it will be shipped. I tried calling the phone number listed on their website and it's an inactive number. I also emailed them 3 times and absolutely no response. Unfortunately, my credit card has already been charged for the purchase.

    I think this is a bogus company and I'm trying to file a claim with my CC to claim this as fraud.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

    They misrepresent the product and try to double invoice. Would not respond to multiple attempts to fix the issue
