    If you could give negative star reviews I would. Ordered with promise of delivery before Christmas. That didn’t happen. I quickly returned the product as it was no where near close as to what they advertised. It was not quiet and would take a NFL line backer to slam it hard enough to get it to bounce. My daughter is 12 so she didn’t meet those qualifications. Delivery was in January. Returned in January and am still going back and forth with them on a return and it is now the end of May! I have supplied tracking number, the return address they provided to me and even the name of the person that signed for the return package and still nothing! Heck, even in my last email they replied to they asked me for all this information again! I have used the same email chain the entire time to communicate so all that info was already there. I guess it takes too much time to do some research. Too busy scamming people I guess. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

    Prior to Christmas 2023 the company had a deal if you buy 2 basketballs a free hoop is included. The total for 2 balls was $75 so I figured a free hoop was definitely worth the expense. After 10 days of a supposed US company the order hadn't shipped. I contacted customer service and got the obligatory its busy COVID etc. After Christmas I received the basketballs. I reach out again. 23 days later I get a response it wasn't in your shopping cart but we will send one. 2 Mos later still waiting. Today I get an email that they are sold out of the hoops, it was my error but here's a $5 refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. My order also came from China so its not a US company. The basketballs aren't that great either.

    Total scam!

    Ordered this ball two months ago and still nothing. My son is so upset and disappointed.

    I've messaged them multiple times and they never responded. How are they still in business? Ugh

    would love to give them zero stars they say the product which I ordered on 2/28 is in transit and will arrive soon when checking with the **** they have not received the product to ship I paid the extra money to insure that the balls would get here in time for a birthday Shut them down or make them deliver products that they keep advertising !!!

    I have not received all of my order. The order was placed in early December. I have reached out to the company many times and received one response asking me a question. I then responded and have not heard back after reaching out multiple times.

    This company is a complete scam! We placed an order on 12/4/2023 and paid for priority shipping to assure receipt before Christmas. When I attempted to reach out the company via email and phone since the order was not yet received as of December 23, 2023, the phone number was not viable and the emails were never responded to. Once I filed a claim with our credit card company we received 1 foam basketball (like you would find at a Dollar Tree) one month after ordering and nearly 2 weeks after Christmas. Do NOT trust Quiet Bounce and after seeing their product, it is not worth $77 for a foam basketball.

    I placed an order on their website on 12/26/23 and the order has been "in transit" since 1/03/24. I emailed the company to request an update and received a generic automated response. Now when I try to track my order the site indicates my order has not yet shipped. Do not waste your time or money on this product!

    i had submitted 10 different request tickets w no response. after 1.5 months of waiting for product it finally arrived and it's a piece of garbage. i am attempting to return the product. we will see if it's refunded

    Quiet Bounce is a total SCAM! Never order from this company. Ordered in November & it finally arrived in January. It’s such a low quality, cheap product. HORRIBLE customer service. Phone goes straight to voicemail & they send scripted emails that totally lie about the delivery status.

    I ordered this product back in December hoping to get it for Christmas. It’s been over a month later and still no item. I’ve emailed twice through the website and haven’t received a reply back on where my package is or when it’s coming. I could’ve done better off of ******* I would never recommend this company to anyone.
