    I've been scammed! Order never received and they have not answered me by email, ******** ** ********** Their phone number doesn't work either!

    Paid eighty two dollars and seventy three cents on Dec 16 - Ordered two balls--comes with a free hoop if you order two balls. After the new year, I received one ball in great condition and one hoop--the ball was shipped in normal full size in a box. I immediately wrote to info(at)quietbounce(dot)com asking about the other ball that I paid for and never received. No response to the email, but today (1/22) I received a vacuum deflated ball shipped by **** from Jane at ****** ******* **** ****** ***** *** ***** ******* ***** ****** ***  There was no paperwork in the package, but the ball is in terrible condition. I realize that items like mattresses get shrink wrapped and usually reinflate in 24 hours, but this one is still an oval and has almost a melted mark on it where they must have used a tool to suck all the air out of it. It also has a chemical smell. Very disappointing.

    Do not order from this company! They take your money and don’t deliver the product! I have yet to receive my order. After 2 weeks of emailing them, they finally responded by telling me to be patient and no refund can be provided because the order will arrive soon. This company should be shut down!!

    Awful customer service. Received a broken rim. I have tried to call the company and the phone number on the website is out of order. I emailed 4 times with no response. Deserves 0 stars.

    Ordered basketball on December 13th. Still have not received over a month later, but they took my money right away! Wish I would have read reviews before I ordered.

    Scammed. Ordered on 12/24. Received a tracking **** tracking number in 1/3. The label was created and no further action. Emailed on 1/14 no response. Do not recommend, lesson learned. Only picked 1 start since it would not let me leave it blank.

    Took 40 days to receive. Basically a nerf ball. Not even close to regulation weight. Supposed to be 27.5" circumference, actually 24.5". Bounces NOTHING like a real basketball. Literally not as advertised in any way.

    Ordered ball and basket Dec 5 thinking it was arriving from Houston, TX before Christmas. Address was false. Address is for a post office. Product ships from China with no communication. Product finally arrived Jan 9th. Web site advises 10-12 day delivery fee. Ball is not as advertised doesn't bounce like the advertisement videos. I give it a 5 out of 10. Not worth the price.

    I don’t even think they deserve 1 star. This is a scam. I ordered on 12/10 and the ball should have come before Christmas. My card was charged and the ball never arrived. The website is regularly shut down and they are not responding to emails.
