    Terrible customer service and product. Took close to a month to receive product. Ball received was deformed, thought it would get better shape overnight since it's foam but it didn't. Only can get a refund if it's in its original packaging absolutely terrible.

    I ordered a basketball from Quiet Bounce on Dec 14 with priority shipping and insurance. It’s currently Jan 7 and I have still not received my order. It reads as “ordered” online and gives me a confirmation number. Phone number appears disconnected and address on the website is for the post office. This is a SCAM.

    HORRIBLE! Ordered in early December never received my items. Requested updates did not receive any response. Paid for priority shipping. What a joke! They stole hundreds of dollars from people and are still taking money! Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I will never recommend this company or product to another soul!

    I don’t even want to give them a one star but have to. I have never waited this long on a package. I ordered 2 weeks before Christmas and still have not received it. Received tracking info on 12/28/23 and it has not moved since then. Their website says good reviews. This much be from people who can go directly and buy the item from somewhere. Very ridiculous.

    Scam. Placed an order in the beginning of December and emailed 6 times. No response ever. Called the number from my order email and phone was disconnected. Scammed for $50.

    I ordered two balls with a free hoop on 12/9/23. They charged my card and never shipped the products. They said that they would be filled as soon as possible. SCAM

    This is truly a Scam! I ordered the ball and hoop December 15 and have have never heard anything else. I sent 2 emails with no response. Just a generic auto reply. Phone number is disconnected. They send fake tracking information. The business address is not an actual business but a post office. I went on you tube to look at reviews and videos. Thought I was getting something great for my son!

    Ordered Dec 8. "Order ready" on Dec. 18th but website still states "cannot determine the appropriate carrier for your tracking number". 3 attempts to contact by email with no response. Phone number is bogus, stating "wireless customer you are calling isn't available." SCAM!!! Will follow up this review with an official BBB complaint
