    Ordered Dec 2 and received confirmation that shipping status was "updated" - tracking # from China, not TX. Still has not arrived and the tracking # shows it is still in China and not picked up from the facility yet. It's Dec 25th and no communication and no present for my nephew :(

    Ordered a basketball for my son on December 11 with banners all over the website guaranteeing delivery in time for Christmas.
    It’s 12/23 and the item still has not shipped. I have sent multiple emails to the company asking for status update and they don’t respond.
    Get the sense that I’ve been scammed.

    Complete scam. The item was shipped from China, it looked nothing like anything remotely in the shape of a basketball. The item had a hole in it, it was dirty and came in a plastic baggie tied in a knot without any other packaging. The phone number for the company is disconnected of course and they will not respond to any inquiries via email.

    Ordered my quiet basketball on 12/12/23. As of 12/22/23 the product has still not shipped. The company will not respond to emails or request. The company is a scam.

    SCAM! Place an order on December 8 have sent numerous emails. The phone number is not valid. And according to others it looks like the address of this business is a post office. Never received order. Can’t get a hold of anyone. It’s a Christmas gift. Check their ********* **** And you will see several other people having the same problem. So they basically just take your money and never send the product.

    Placed order 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped. Reached out to them three times with no response. I took a look at the comments on their ****** ***** and see Im not the only one with this problem. Terrible to scam people, but especially during the holidays when people are banking on gifts for their loved ones.
    I would’ve left no stars but the site wouldn’t let me.

    This company is awful. Will take your money tho! Ordered from them with priority shipping and 2 weeks later it is not even processed yet and they definitely don’t respond to emails. I am so disappointed.
