    I have the same situation as everyone else. I ordered on 12-5-23 and my credit card was charged immediately. My order shows “processed-Not shipped”. I’ve emailed the company twice with no response. I tried calling the cell phone number on the website and it’s not a working number. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS IT IS A SCAM. It’s too bad too because my son’s were really looking forward to having quiet basketballs after seeing some friends who had them.

    No option for ZERO stars. This company may be legitimate but they are obviously in way over their heads and cannot fulfill the orders received.
    They now say they can’t find an appropriate carrier for my order.

    When I paid for the ball I didn’t receive any information about the delivery. I tried to call and email, but I didn’t receive an answer. Not only is the phone number real but so is the address. It leads you to a random post office in Texas. They took my money and all I got was an automated “confirmation email” that didn’t give me any information. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!

    0 stars. This company takes orders and does not fulfill them or even have the decency to reply to customers and let them know what is going on. I placed an order on 12/5 and there is absolutely no status change other than they took my money. I don’t even want the product anymore, it has not been shipped and I just want a refund but they do not answer messages and the only phone number is not in service. Buyer beware, do not purchase from this company!

    We purchased 2 balls and a hoop a couple of weeks ago. When we never got a shipping update I reached out to the company. I received a reply stating it would ship in 1-2 business days from the day of the order (so what did we pay priority processing for??) and it would be 10-20 business was days to receive. We would have received it in time for Christmas BUT it never shipped. I tried calling and their number was disconnected, I reached out via the contact form numerous times, and I replied to the email that they replied to me yet over a half dozen times, and no response. We ended up filing a report with our credit card company and I plan on calling the FTC as well so that they can report this on their end and if they get enough reports, they will issue a warning to consumers. I have noticed that on other review sites, such as trust pilot, they have dozens of bad reviews just in the last couple of weeks for this company not shipping out the items purchased and not responding to customers.

    I placed an order on December 3, 2023 and $108 was immediately taken off of my credit card. To this day, my order still has not shipped. I found negative reviews on this company after I made the purchase *********************. I researched the business and the address on their website belongs to the Post Office in Houston TX. The phone number is not valid. It states "The customer you are calling is unavailable". They don't respond back when you email them. The tracking number provided is with ********** but it states "processing".

    This is obviously a scam company and does not return emails. I am beginning to thing they are totally bogus. Please no one order from them. I’m Contacting them for a refund for their incompetence and mispresentation.

    Website makes them look like an American business out of Texas but it’s clearly Chinese. The product took almost a month to arrive from China and smells of chemicals to the point my throat hurts just being near it. Tag on the product is all in Chinese and the basketball looks like it was drawn on with marker.
