    I am tired of getting SPAM, SCAM letters and text messages from this company. They keep claiming that my Biennial report is due annually. They even use the word biennial. The definition of Biennial is "every other year". I am based in **********. We have a heavy vehicle under ****** pounds that stops at the scales and is inspected by the *** every 6 years. Why are they trying to tell me my biennial forms are due every year? When you call them, they act unprofessional and will even hang up on your when you question them. We have asked many times over the past several years to STOP SPAMMNG us, even replying STOP to their text messages to no avail. I am being nice on this review.

    You do not need to use this company for DOT filings. Just do it yourself. They send me letters saying I am out of compliance when I am not, and they have now started calling me on the phone. They are NOT the government. They are "authorized" by the government according to the person that called me today, but they are not approved or endorsed by the goverment. It would be one thing if they were helpful but they are just confusing and trying to scare you. Their bad faith tactics caused me to come on to BBB and leave a review.

    I usually dont post reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so others can avoid the same frustration.A ***resentative from this company lied to me and said a member of my team was required to take a training course. I specifically asked who needed the training, and was pushed into paying for something completely unnecessary. After looking into it myself, I found out the training wasnt required. When I called to request a refund, the same *** claimed he wasnt authorized to issue one which turned out to be false. **************** told me he was supposed to process the refund, and if he didnt, they would have to escalate it. That was over a month ago, and nothing has been resolved.That wasnt the only issue. Despite multiple support tickets and phone calls, the company failed to correct basic account information. I was charged for unnecessary renewals, and it became clear that no one actually knew what was going on with my ********** my final attempt to clear things up, I was told I should try to keep all my transactions with just one ***resentative as if the chaos was my fault. I pointed out that their own ***s were constantly emailing us with new charges and saying we needed to pay more for required services. So how exactly were we supposed to stick to one contact, when we were being bombarded from multiple directions? You would assume if the company contacts you to tell you your out of compliance its because they are providing you the service your paying for, yet I was told not to rely on those emails.This company claims to help businesses stay compliant with DOT regulations, but instead, they use misleading tactics to sell services. They cant keep proper records, they dont communicate internally, and they shift blame onto the customer when things go wrong. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

    I have contacted them 4 times to cancel all services. The 1st 3 times the ladies told me no problem they will handle it ON March 20, 2025. They called again today June ****** I told them again that I wanted services canceled she tried informing it would cost $199 for them to cancel. Poor customer service. NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY ANYONE..

It's a complicated process, but I give them all an A+ rating for their knowledge, patience, help and ability to explain the industry terminology and get me what our company needed.     This is a typical predatory compliance outfit that over-charges for minor clerical issues and uses shady marketing practices. I have seen them send emails that lend the impression that they are somehow a government office and attempt to scare business owners into purchasing their services. Today, I received an "invoice" for $199 for a Biennial update that was supposedly performed on 05/02/25. I clicked the "pay now" link, thinking I would be redirected to a marketing page to sell me on this service. Instead, I was taken straight to their payment portal, and expected to input my CC number. The site address matched their actual website. This was not a company trying to imitate them and steal money. This was ************************* be sure, I checked our MCS-150, and confirmed the last update was months prior. We were sent an invoice for services never performed. This is baffling to me.. I am used to aggressive and deceptive marketing, but this was about as close to a true "scam" I have seen this company run. ***** them.

    I took a look at your account and saw that youve been working with us since 2021. The invoice you received is consistent with the one sent in 2023 when we processed your Biennial Update. We make an effort to remind our customers in advanceespecially since the update is only required every two years and can be easy to forget.
    I also noticed your DOT number was updated in March of this year, but not by us. Although it was updated already according to ***** guidelines, your DOT number ending in 95 means your Biennial Update is due in May of every odd-numbered year, regardless of whether youve made changes or filed early.
    I apologize if this wasnt clearly communicated. I can make sure that we will no longer notify you about your compliance status. To make that happen, simply email your DOT number in confidence to ***************************************** and it will be done.
