    People, please read the following message: The *** Form required to be filed every two years is MCS-150. This form costs nothing to file and is required or you can be filed. However it is easy to file for yourself and costs you nothing to try!!! This group "*** Compliance" is one of many that *** contact you and try to get you convinced that they are there to "help or assist you." They are just assisting themselves to your hard earned money!!! They called our family run and operated small business and told me that we were out of compliance and could be charged $10,000 if we didn't get updated. They were super nice, but once they ask questions as if they were "helping me", they ask me to provide a credit card to pay $650 immediately. I refused and told them I would have to check on that before making any kind of payment and would need a bill. Haven't heard anything more yet.The *** Web page has this ALERT MESSAGE: "It is *** policy to make records available to the public to the greatest extent possible, in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act. Upon the completion of the form OP-1 online your information will be made public and you *** receive telephone calls from outside service providers that are neither authorized nor sanctioned by FMCSA." YOU read that right, not authorized nor sanctioned! (All of our information is public, that's where they obtain it to make these bogus calls! Don't fall for this SCAM. You can do this yourself and pay nothing. Thank you!

While it's possible to complete these tasks independently, some individuals prefer the ease and peace of mind that comes with professional assistance.


    To suggest we are a scam implies that we make false claims or fail to deliver the services for which we are paid. This is not the case. We charge for our services and consistently follow through in providing them. We are committed to delivering the services that our clients pay for, and we stand by the value we provide.

    Why would we be charged three times in one month for this service and we are still receiving calls that we arent in compliance??????A total of $596.64 was charged this month. Spoke with the *** and was advised to dispute the charges.

    I looked at your account and saw that you were set to auto renew for your biennial update on 5-2-24. However, the auto renew did not go through. On May 7th you spoke with one of our compliance specialists who assisted you with filling out and filing your biennial update and got you enrolled in our supervisor training course. Those were the only two charges made.


    We successfully completed the filing for your biennial update. Please see the *****'s SAFER website showing it was completed on 5-10-2024.


    It is important to note that once we file your MCS-150 form it typically takes 7 to 10 business days before the ***** completes the process. If you are showing as out of compliance before the filing, you will still receive calls, letters, and emails from compliance companies stating that until it is reflected in the ***** database.


    We value each and every one of our customers. I hope this clears up any confusion or questions.
