    This Company is a ****************** DO NOT give them a CC number they will automatically charge you for a renewal service you didn't ask for! They threaten you with Fines an such! Will call you days on end and spam your EMail ! I have Had Enough! Will get Lawyers involved! They Need a class action against these crooks !

    We keep getting notices from them that our ******* is past due although I filed it months ago and have verification. This is nothing but a scam - BEWARE! Don't give them a dime, and don't believe the threatening notices they send you. They are SCAMMERS!

    Fraudulent business. Received letters threatening with up to $10,000 fines for MCS-150 update. We are no longer in position of the truck, and my father has been retired for years. They charged his card despite me explaining this to them. I attempted to call multiple times to request a refund and continuously received the run around. I was left with no other choice then to file a claim through my bank. Really unethical. This lack there of establishment needs to get shut down immediately.

    I am disappointed that I cannot get any help from Dot Compliance. I paid money to get help with drug testing and all I get is emails and no personal help. I just want Out!!! My money refunded. I will never use this company again.

    I have received email after email I have unsubscribed I don't know how many times, called and got put on the do not call list now they just call from fake numbers.

    Spammers They are the truly *** Scam trolls. They flood my email with their trash emails. You can't really unsubscribe from them. Even though you **** them as a spam, they have a ton of other domains and accounts to spam with. DO NOT be fooled with their "DOT warning" emails!!!

    You do not need this company. Filing your DOT renewal is simple and you certainly dont need to pay these clowns $199 to do it!! The minute you obtain a DOT number, These people will bombard you will scam emails, Scam notices telling you that your out of compliance and that they will take care of it for $199.......

    This is a scam. Sure they provide a service but it is $199 to do something that takes minutes to do for free. Also they lie on the mail about the MCS-150 being late. Mine came claiming I was past due and listing the fines while the printed dates on their own letter show I am completely up to date. IT is disguised as an official letter with fine print at the bottom to say they are not a government agency. This is a gross misrepresentation of themselves and also false information. I wouldn't use this company ever for any reason.
