On February 11, 2025, BBB® Serving North Central Texas opened an investigation on Super Amazing Store, after the alleged business owner disputed a Scam Tracker report filed on the BBB® Scam Tracker website stating the report filed against the business was false.  

BBB® sent correspondence via email and US Mail to 4304 Rainer Street, Irving, TX 75062, which is a residential address and the address the business is claiming to be physically located at on their website. BBB® requested the business’s cooperation by providing clarification of their primary location for business operations as well as the unit number for their address. Additionally, BBB® was unable to verify via the Texas Secretary of State website that a business registration for Super Amazing Store in Irving, TX is active or in existence and requested a copy of their legal entity name and/or filing number.

Furthermore, as part of BBB®’s ongoing efforts to ensure transparency and gain a better understanding of this business model and operations, BBB® asked the following questions:

  • Supplier Verification: How do you verify the reliability and quality of the suppliers you partner with for drop shipping? What criteria do you use to ensure that the products meet your company's standards and consumer expectations?
  • Order Fulfillment and Shipping: Can you provide an overview of your order fulfillment process, including the average time it takes for an order to be processed and shipped to the customer? Additionally, how do you handle delays or issues that may arise during the shipping process?
  • Customer Service and Returns: What measures do you have in place to address customer service inquiries and return requests related to drop shipped products? How do you ensure that customers receive timely and satisfactory resolutions to their concerns?

 The business failed to respond to BBB® Inquiries and the case was closed as Failed to Respond on March 11, 2025.
