2 starsTheir Member Guidebook has a list of non-sharable events. This fails to include "non-emergencies." These "non-emergencies" that they don't cover do not apply to your max out of pocket. I went for abdominal pain. As someone who struggles with autoimmunity and whose doctors suspected a "small internal bleed," I made sure to get the necessary diagnostic tools at the ** near me, since scheduling CT scans and ultrasounds were scheduled months out, and my pain was steady and debilitating. After diagnosis, it was determined to be a UTI. OneShare's team deemed this "un-emergent" and non-coverable. They contributed nothing toward these bills, which create an enormous financial impact for myself and my family. I feel deceived and manipulated. This makes me extremely hesitant to visit an ** for myself or my family since it would jeopardize our financial survival, but that could be jeopardizing our actual survival. I've determined their policies to be irresponsible for me to continue with.Review fromBill Z

1 starSeems to be a pattern with OneShare, members pay their monthly premium and they never reimburse. On their portal they list primary care doctors and specialist where you live so we decided to go with them as their were plenty of doctors in the area. When I called them up to set up an appointment they we not part of their network or did not accept their insurance so false advertising. I literally made 20 + phone calls to find a doctor. I called OneShare to say why do you have these doctors listed in the member portal if they don't accept OneShare. They never pay any portion of bills and you chase after them and they just delay, ignore etc. Then you get the doctors/Debt collectors chasing you the member who is stuck in the midle. I paid over $1,000 per month. They talk out of both sides of their mouth..."We are a ***************** and take care of our members" but when it comes time for them to take care of their members you get ignored. Do you think anyone of the hundreds of complaints on this company would have signed up with them if we knew how bad they would treat their members,,,NO. I don't understand how they are still in business, the BBB should have closed them down a long time ago. I had to give them 1 star or else you could not complete review....they don't deserve any stars !Review fromConnie P

1 starI heavily researched all healthshare groups and decided to join Oneshare Health in January 2024. Never have I been more dissatisfied with a company and ever filed a bad review. I made a call before going into an appointment in April and was told to go when I called. This appointment then had another follow-up appointment for the next week. I came home and called them again and THEN they told me I needed a pre-notification approval for this appointment. I had to get the forms and get previous providers from a 2 year span to fill out with my medical records. After Numerous leg work and phone calls on my end, I am told these bills did not get to them in a timely matter. So many conversations on 3 way party calls with providers verbally stating the dates they sent them. Oneshare health repeatidly stating they did not receive anything on their end. And I can dispute these bills, but I am exhausted and know they wont get paid. So I am now paying on those. My August 26 th wellness checkup did get to them on September 11 th and this is still processing 2 months later. I was told this morning that ****** has it and it can take some time to get paid. I have doubts it will get paid at all. So after paying $284.28 each month, I cancelled for October. And I still did not get the bloodwork paid from these appointments either.Everyone is so nice on the phone, however nothing ever seems to get resolved.I am paying the medical bill and calling this a you have been taken advantage ***** Not go with this company. I wish I had seen these reviews prior to signing on with them.I am only giving 1 star because I was required. I didnt want to check any star.Review fromTeresa H

**Avoid OneShare Health at All Costs!**I signed up for OneShare Health with the hope of getting affordable health insurance, but it has been a complete nightmare. Over the course of a year and a half, they only paid **one** claim, leaving us with piles of unpaid medical bills that we are still making payments on. Despite faithfully paying our premiums, we received little to no support when it came to actually covering our health care expenses. I wish I had done more research before trusting them. They advertise themselves as a *********************** but their actions do not reflect the values of honesty, integrity, or caring for others. It's deeply frustrating and disappointing. If you're considering OneShare Health, I urge you to think twice and read the reviews thoroughly before committing. It's been a very costly mistake for us.OneShare Health

1 starI have been a OneShare member for years. Honestly, I cannot recommend this program to anyone. Soon to make a change. Through the years there have been several issues with OneShare not covering cost(s). More often they do not cover or I, the member must put a huge amount of time disputing their denial of coverage(s). Which at that point, they may cover the cost. Here again, my hours are used up in back and forth with both OneShare and my Health Provider trying to get cost(s) paid for a yearly visit, the same Yearly Well visit that was paid for by OneShare the year before. I am told by the Health Provider that all the Code(s) and Modifier(s) are the same from the year before. OneShare claims the statement from the Health Provider has the wrong modifier. A statement that I am not privy to see. I know nothing concerning medical code(s) of modifier(s), this is not my line of work. However, I am told I have to appeal to OneShare for them to resolve the issue. They will not give me the Modifier that is needed for the Health Provider, if, in fact, it is wrong. OneShare, did share with me that they work with a third party processor and that they, ***************** can't even talk with their third party Processor. In addition, OneShare Third Party Processor refuses to discuss the issue with the Health Provider. Convenient for OneShare? So with that said, how does one dispute and or appeal with OneShare, when they will not "SHARE" with OneShare Member(s) or Health Provider(s) what it is the OneShare Processor is actually wanting. Remember, the Health Provider said the Same modifications were used as the year before.Review fromscott c

1 starHorrible company. Barely cover anything since everything is at their discretion. Payed almost $700 per month for the last 4 years and always a headache to get anywhere with Oneshare Health.Had to put a stop payment on payments with my bank as even trying to cancel over the phone (which is the only way to do it) is problematic. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.Review fromMichael C

1 starI went to the doctor for an quarterly check up and the secretary at the desk said, "your insurance *****, we have been trying for weeks to get them on the phone, they will not return any messages your gonna have to pay $400 before we can see you today. I went home and couldn't get into the portal I called customer service. The little girl there said "oh there seems to be an issue in another department, let me transfer you." Once the other department got on the line that lady said, "oh, the computer just dropped you out of the system, that's why you can't get in". I asked "when did this happen?" She said, about 4 MONTHS AGO. She actually told me. Thats why none of my bills were getting payed. I have over $3333.00 of bills that were not paid. I have had my attorneys from LegalShield send 2 letters and they have not replied AT ALL to either of them. I was told to contact ** ******** Services. They said since ONEShare is not a true insurance company but is a non profit that I would need to call the **** of *********** and ******** affairs. I have had not reply to the attorneys letters, no explanation of why this happened (just an "oh sorry, the computer dropped you") and I do not expect any from them. They seem to be connected with ******, another company that we cannot seem to get any response from. BEWARE!!!!Review fromRahim R
