      This is a very bad facility, it is unhealthy, there is no hot water on the premises, I have complained to the corporate office and the county health department. The facility should be closed until they bring it up to municipal code requirements for business of this type.

      seems La Quinta has good downhill since being acquired by *******. La Quinta always provided a clean, comfortable experience for a fair price. Three La Quinta's so far on a two-week trip and I feel like I've been staying at pay by the hour motels! Each room was dirty. Each room had one or more things that didn't work. Doors and elevators not working. One desk clerk must have been high.If this is how ******* works, I need to find out what properties they manage and avoid them.Only one star because I can't select zero.

      I recently stayed at a La Quinta hotel in ***** off of toepperwein. Our room was filled with cockroaches and bed bugs which we received multiple bites. The owners are of Indian descent and they do not care about the customer or the hotel in the least. I recommend you never go near this hotel. I am not a picky customer. Worst experience of my life.

      They will not refund my money ey after not providing the room I booked. They also had lots of scary activity and the room they offered smelled like a dead body. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. lt appeared to be a human trafficking outlet there. Very scary.

      *********, **** location. Forgot travel pillow which they acknowledged having. ( Sept 15 thru 17). Several attempts by phone to have pillow returned. Phoned main **** customer service with no success. Wrote email to corporate offices for compkainrs with no response.

      This was one of my worst hotel experiences ever. We made reservations with LaQuinta through Priceline. We checked into this hotel on Oct 7. We were given our room key at front desk, room 207. When we got to the room, we noticed that the lock on the door was broken and that the door didn't even lock. We returned to the front desk and asked for another room. The second room we were given smelled very strongly like pot, even though it was a non-smoking room. We returned to the front desk. The third room we were given was on the other side of the building and had many shady characters hanging around in the parking lot. The third room also smelled like pot and the bathroom was in need of repair. The flooring was broken and the shower was cracking. The second two rooms only had two doubles, even though we had reserved a king **** At this point, we decided that we could not stay in this hotel We returned to the front desk for the fourth time and told the clerk that our rooms were unacceptable and that we wanted to cancel our reservation. The clerk said he would do so right away and apologized. We ended up moving to a hotel next door that was much less scary and got a good night's sleep. I would never stay in a LaQuinta again. I have contacted your company twice and have gotten no response. This hotel should be shut down. The only way we were able to get our money back was by disputing the charge with our credit card company.

      Never stay in one of these hotels. For sure, not in ********* ********* where our room was broken in to at 2am while we were in bed. The hotel has refused to stand by us or even offer an apology. We had stayed at this property for years on our *********, but something happened and the place is just a mess with some terrible staff and management. Please, go somewhere else.

      Absolutely ran down and disgusting rooms had stains on the wall. Gum with hair stuck to it. ***** bathtub faucet tiles, very moldy . Ironing board seems to have some kind of bodily fluid smell, absolutely disgusting. I wish we were able to take pictures and post them. I honestly do not give bad reviews but this one was horrible also in that area with a bunch of druggies. I don't know how they're in business. Hopefully, the health department could go and shut this place down.

      TRAVELING ACROSS COUNTRY AND ACCIDENTLY BOOKED THE WRONG HOTEL IN ****************. BOOKED AT 6:00 PM CALLED TO CANCEL AT 6:30. THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME BACK MY $102. THE ***** WAS SO RUDE INCLUDING THE MANAGER. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANYONE BE SO RUDE. I AM A YOUNG WOMEN WHO MADE A MISTAKE. WHERE HAS KINDNESS GONE. THEY JUST WANTED TO MAKE A **** AND BE EXTREMELY RUDE ABOUT IT. I WILL NEVER STAY IN ONE OF THEIR HOTELS ANYWHERE I GO. WORST SERVICE EVER. YOU CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW BAD THE ROOMS MUST BE. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NO STAR I WOULD BUT THE **** WILL NOT LET ME.

      I stayed here for 2 months with my kids overall it was a place to stay. The housekeepers are very polite and friendly the front desk ladies they're gone but they weren't friendly at all. The new owners came in and changed the rules without proper notification. For all these rooms have roaches the first room I was in was so bad I had to switch the second room was not that great but after being there for a while I got the room where I needed it. All the other laquintas charge $100 for a deposit they came in and now they charge $250 deposit. As though they stated to the people that have stayed there with their families we do not rent to locals. They will check you out of your reservation refund the money so they say it's been over a month and I still have not gotten my money back just to check you in again if you can help stay in here please do you will be very disappointed the rooms are not up to par the parking lot has a numerous amount of junkies walking around people checking to see if your door handles on your car are openable if you left your door unlocked so they can rambles through your car. A man OD'd in their parking lot on the ground. A woman bit too officers and attempted to spit at them as well when asked to leave and happened to be punched in the head eight to nine times you have the young crackheads that walk around the hotel knocking on doors if you can help it please stay far away from this place you will be disappointed everything was fine before the new owners came in and did not care about anyone if you have a family stay away. As if this is somewhere you would love to be no it is a stepping stone for some and they make it hard for you they do not care about you please I beg you please stay away they never will have to worry about me again. And they're lucky I have to give them one star because I swear I don't want to give stars at all.
