      Stayed at this hotel and there were roaches crawling all over inside the room, there were dead roaches in the refrigerator and roaches crawling in the bed, I changed rooms and there were roaches crawling from the microwave. Management "*********************" never apologized offered a full refund and at check out, she dis not honor the promise for a refund and instead became rude and defensive. An exterminator was never called after they were notified. For me, this is a serious health issue as roaches spread bacteria and many diseases contaminating food inside of the refrigerator. This place need a visit from the health department

      Beware of their "hold" charge of $100 which will be charged to your cc. When I called to ask when that would be refunded I was told to dispute it with my credit card company, I was shocked. We put up with the smelly, dirty condition of the hotel because we didn't expect much for the low $98 room rate, but for them to charge foibles that amount is unconscionable. I stayed the night of Feb 18. I'll never stay with LA Quinta again.

      My daughter is homeless & was staying here for several days. When she ran out of money I pd for 1 night. Hotel said she had to leave @11 cause I had to submit an authorization for my credit card. Also a pic of my **************** card. Next morning I booked for 5 nights. Again they made her leave til 3. Said I had to send ANOTHER ********************* My husband used his card to pay for 3 more nights. They made her leave again. When she returned at 3 they refused to let her stay there. I complained to corporate office to be told they are independently owned and they couldn't help me. She left on Feb 1. On Feb 4 I was checking my bank account to discover all my money was gone, money transfered from savings, and penalties. The 5 day stay that I booked on Jan 27 had been charged again on Feb 2. This was not a mistaken double booking. They had to go back in my records and use the picture of my credit card to do this. On Feb 3 I was charged a streaming service for this hotel. Again they had to look up my card number to use it and no one was even there then. Called corporate again to be told again that they could do nothing. I have filed this complaint with BBB and filed an identity theft complaint with the attorney general in AZ. I thought if you used a hotel with a major chain that they could help you with any problems that came up. Apparently not with ******.

      PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR ************** Pictures look nice but when we check in we checked right back out DISGUSTING PLACE smelled bad, carpet dirty, toilet not cleaned, looked like blood on bathroom wall, door k**** broken, light didn't work, mattress had stains & bugs we have never been so disgusted by a hotel before

      My husband and I always chose La Quinta because they take large dogs. Never had an issue. We drove 4 hours north for a family emergency and were denied check in because that location wouldn't accept dogs over 20 lbs. The desk agent was not willing to assist us despite them not having any restrictions on their website. She gave us the address of another La Quinta several miles away and would not transfer our reservation. I had to request she call the other location to check availability and size restrictions. We reserved three nights at the second ********** location, but left after two due to an unrelated emergency back home. Despite being told we would not be charged for the third night, it was on my credit card statement. Several calls to the hotel manager went unanswered or unreturned. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. We made two debit transactions in the wee hours of the second morning more than three hours away from the hotel on our way home. We also offered Ring camera footage of us walking through our front door that morning. La Quinta and Citi will steal your money. I don't recommend conducting business with either of them.

      For a 5 day stay, my company has a " canary" and a special rate of $99 per night. The door to the room has *** rate $499. I was charged over $900 my boss over $1300 for the same 5 day reservation. I left after 3 days. My pet is *** and provided information. I was told rate was refunded. But not all $ was refunded. Then the Monday after, my card was charged with no reservation the same amount of the refund nearly $500. This was just last week. I strongly believe the night shift is to blame and a new girl during the day.

      LaQuinta in ********** ***** kept charging my card 3 times after paying in full for my stay to a tune of an extra $1,329.80. Blamed it on a new automated billing system. After hours of working with management and my bank... still have not been refunded the money.

      On Friday, Jan 5, ****, I attempted to make a reservation at ****************************************************. The website was down every single time I tried it, so I called the ************ but chose Reservation option. This option rolls overseas, and I could barely understand what he said. Somehow, I made a one night reservation for the advertised rate on the web for Jan 12. Now my wife is sick, and we cannot go on this trip. Wyndam cust svc will NOT cancel the reservation a week in advance! I am being told, by very broken English, that this is Non-cancellable. I then called the front desk of the actual hotel. She cannot cancel it, either. So I will be charged $175 even though we are not going to stay there. This is foul. Not cool at all. Do NOT make a reservation with this Company ever. If you do, make it at the front desk only. I will NEVER stay at or recommend *******/La Quinta to anyone. If ****** wants to reply. please do.

      They say they charge a ***** dollar deposit but charge ****** dollars. Advertising pool and breakfast and the pool has been closed for a while and absolutely no breakfast
