      I can't say enough about Buxton. We drove down from ***** OK, to buy a used Nautique from them. The entire sales experience was top notch. No sales pressure and they were very knowledgeable during the entire process. They sold us the boat, it's a 2016 Nautique 230, and the first time out, it ran fine but wouldn't restart after stopping to swim. It did the same for the next 2 lake days. The problem only showed up after the engine was hot and had been turned off for a while, so I don't fault them for not catching it before selling it at all. Anyways... I called them and they sent someone all the way up from ***** to come get the boat and fix it. They ended up having to replace some major components at a considerable expense to them. They did it all free of charge and have been very responsive to my questions and concerns. It is so rare to find a company that stands by their word and does the right thing even when it's detrimental to their bottom line. I'm a lifelong customer now for sure! If you want to be treated right... Go to Buxton!
