    Horrible customer service and shady business practice. I went in person spoke with my sales person and adjusted my order and was told it was no problem the manager would update my order later that day, as the salesperson was not able to do it. Needless to say he never updated my order. I found out a week latermy sales person apologized and assured me it would be done. It was updated but the delay pushed back my delivery date. I never received an updated receipt so I called customer service and after being disconnected/placed on hold multiple times I received my receipt and NONE of the discounts were taken off. Spoke with my sales person again he assured me it was an oversight on the managers part and apologized and took care of it. They never sent me any receipts I kept having to call and finally went back to the store. They would have charged me full price and I never would have know until I received the bill. On top of this the main reason I will never ever do business with ******* again is because I signed up for their promotional financing 0% interestI received 3 different cards from 3 different banks in the mail!!! I just purchase a 4 price sectional. I will never do business with them again and will never refer anyone to them.
