      My loan was "sold" to Mr. Cooper recently. I had heard negative things about the company but was dealing with the loss of my husband and continued to keep my mortgage with the company. According to NY City, they intentionally stopped bills for my property taxes from coming to my house. When I did not realize (which I admit was my own oversight), and therefore did not pay my taxes for the past two quarters, Mr. Cooper paid them. They lied and said that they sent letters to me - but I did not receive any until this last one. They now are going to add my property taxes going forward for the entire length of my mortgage to my escrow, which will double my mortgage payments monthly!! I will be retiring soon and this will be unaffordable for me. This is a disgusting, scam company that takes advantage of people intentionally.I am going to have to go through the trouble of reporting them to some government agency, but who knows the amount of effort this will entail. In the meantime, I also paid my property taxes directly (over $8K) and this was taken out of my checking account. ********************** basically told me that was my problem and I have to deal with the government on ******* advice is to RUN from this company.

      I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent transfer of my mortgage to Mr *********************** servicing. Under my previous lender, I was enrolled in a bi-weekly payment plan, which worked well for my budgeting and financial planning.However, I learned that in order to re-establish bi-weekly payments with Mr. Cooper, I am being asked to submit an additional full monthly payment. Its not realistic to expect customers to make an extra payment every time their mortgage is sold or transferred, every few yearsespecially without advance notice or flexibility.Additionally, when I contacted customer service to discuss this, the representative I spoke with was dismissive and arrogant. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, The supervisor hung up on me mid sentence, which I found both frustrating and unacceptable.

      Horrible service and deceitful practices. ***** this lender. They are not to be trusted. This is the lender they make horror stories about. Avoid them!!!

      Our loan was sold to Mr. Cooper while we were in an active insurance claim and while in the process of selling our home and they have been absolutely terrible going through the process of requesting the needed payoff so that we can finalize selling our house. However we were unable to contact a live ***resentative for some time. After finally being able to request the payoff and having to pay a processing fee they did not send it in a timely manner and when the title company requesting another copy they were advised they could not process another pay off request for 6 days. Mr. Cooper has been nothing but a crapshow and should be renamed *** POOPER. Finally after days of trying to get in touch with a live *** we got through and they resent the payoff and we got it. Thank you ****!

      This is getting exhausting. They keep sending me emails telling me that my hazard insurance has expired. There was a data breach at ************** but they are back up and I downloaded them a copy of my hazard insurance policy. Now they are threatening to purchase more insurance and then charge me for it. I smell a class action lawsuit if they keep harassing me. If I could switch mortgage providers, I would but if they keep this up I'm going to refinance my mortgage just to get away from this unprofessional group of buffoons. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing with these people and I tried calling them to straighten this out and it's impossible to get through to anyone, it's just an endless menu of press this button and this problem never gets handled.

      I pray people look up Mr ********************** before doing business with them. MY MORTAGE HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL FOR 3 MONTHS AND THEY JUST TOOK $1061.02 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I called and they have no record of it. My thought is that I paid someone else mortgage. On the phone for over an hour yesterday and today they tell me there are no notes. Please if you are doing business with this company change now before they do this to you.

      If you have a mortgage and you are paid up and your loan get sold to Mr. Cooper run !! And find a different mortgage company Fast.. they outsource all their calls and their employees in other countries lie to you just to get you to make payments and then they never take notes or add anything to the comments.. this company is truly unethical and not trustworthy and they dont give a s*** some of the associates are very nice, but Ill tell you whatever they need to say to get you to make extra payments even when youre paid ahead a month or two if you have to do business with them, find someone else, even if it means paying more of a percentage

      Worse mortgage company, they keep raising my monthly payments up. My loan was sold to them, first month with them, they raised my monthly payment by $200 and now its up by $225. Nothing changed. I honestly believe this company is a scam. Can't talk to any real person, zero customer service. This whole ********************** screams scam, the escrow account is being over pay and yet you won't see any money sent back to you. They need to shut down this company or it need to be investigated at least for fraud or scamming people.

      For some reason, my autopay on my loan serviced by Mr. Cooper did not implement in June causing me to go into arrears and to incur late fees. I attempted to contact them regarding this and received a letter stating it would take too long for them to research why this happened and another letter saying my autopay had been turned off because I was late on a payment which I wouldn't have been if it had been implemented as I had it scheduled to be in June.There are no humans working at Mr. * customer "service" leaving you to have to deal with a bot who will try to second guess why you're calling in the first place. Horrible company to deal with.

      I would give negative starts if I could. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life and after three months of calls and escalations they are STILL incapable of fixing the parcel number on their paperwork, which they have admitted fault, I have to pay out of pocket now to keep my home out of tax sale. If you need a lender this IS NOT the one. Save your time, money and sanity and pick another!
