      This company acquired my loan in April and has been a nightmare ever since that happened. I had property damage caused by a tornado. A check was sent to them to endorse and send back to me. They refused to send my check back. So I then told them to apply it to my loan balance. They said okay. Three days later I get a call stating I had to pay my loan off in full within 72 hours. So the next day I wired the balance in full. When I called them back, they couldnt find my insurance payment or my bank wire. I also started receiving default letters dated 5 days after my payoff in full. It took me multiple calls for days to finally get a supervisor that could help. Im still waiting on my escrow funds to be mailed back. I literally have days of phone calls dealing with these people. Ive never dealt with a company like this. I feel bad for people who cant pay off their loan and get rid of this company. This is predatory lending at its worst. Class action lawsuits should be in the near future.

      an issue with taxes was reported April 27. A request was made to pay the taxes that were left by the previous owner and the 100% tax exemption approval from the county and state was provided on that date as well to substantiate that no future taxes will be charged as I am a 100% disabled veteran Not only did mr cooper fail to update the account multiple times.....they have attempted to charged us over 1000 more per month all the while stating my VOC was open and they guaranteed a resolution. it is not 8/8/22, I just got a collections call stating we need to pay. Not only do we need to pay, but the VOC shows it was "resolved", I do not consider a lack of action as resolution. I understand that mr coopers business model requires a multitude of hands to work a problem but once it has been escalated to this degree it is almost expected that someone be assigned to handle this moving forward The "partial payment" has been in suspense with your company for weeks now and even after the multiple calls you have made to my wife. nothing has been resolved.

      After being on the phone with MrCooper to resolve a payment concern, the advised me to email ResearchIncoming@ mrcooper.com my emails were returned immediately with this message: " Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: ResearchIncoming@ mrcooper.com The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly." So there mail box is too full to are there that many people with Mr Cooper problems? Do they refer problems to this email and just not check it? I did call back and the associate cold do no more that confirm that I had the email correct. The one that's to full!!!! Very Poor service I hate that I didn't have a choice that my mortgage was sold to this company!!!

      I was with another mortgage company for 15 years and never had an issue with them. It was a pleasure having them manage my mortgage. In April, they transferred my mortgage to Rushmore. It has been nothing but a hassle every month! I was put in default twice and they keep trying to get me to modify my loan. I'm beginning to think they are doing this on purpose. Everything about them seems sketchy.

      Horrible since day one with incorrect info and they now have ruined my credit. 1. Their website was not set up in time to make a payment so I mailed it. 2. The will not give you the corporate address or the names of any owners of the company to communicate with 3. I have to call each month to pay because their website has incorrect info 4. Every month I get told I am late when I have proof I have paid. 5. Due to this I paid my taxes and insurance directly to make sure it was correct 6. Now they penalized me for that and dropped my credit score 200 points!!! 7 Too many difference departments and email addresses to communicate too - seems to be a method of service. 8. IMPOSSIBLE to work with Appalling that we do NOT have a choice when the company sells our mortgage, How is THAT legal??? This is NOT the company I CHOSE to do business with, I'm getting an attorney and you should too.

      I just had the most crazy "Fight" with this little boy Nathan who worked as a Mr. Cooper representative. When I stated this whole thing was "Ugly" he asked if I had "looked in a mirror lately"... Then told me he could talk to anyone anyway he wanted to. I asked for his supervisor, he refused. What a gross company. The only reason they have business is they buy loans, and force people to deal with this trash. I would NEVER recommend using this company if you have any say in the matter.

      This company took over my loan. All has been ok so far but I'm terrified of the future with them. It's not fair to borrowers to be forced into having a loan with this company. With so many awful reviews I don't understand how they are still in business other then buying other companies out. No one in the right mind would choose this lender after doing some research on them. When we bought our home we had the choice to go with any broker we choose but when they sell our we loose our power of choice. Not fair, not right, not ethical.

      We paid off our home loan. Now they have been charging us late fees $325 in total. They said they it wasn't certified. So not knowing that, they keep charging us. They suck.

      They just took over my loan at the beginning for the month. I had a loan through them before and everything was fine. Now, I cannot get an honest answer or help from them. Due to having an account with them before, the online login should work, but does not. I have tried to create a new account, and it will not allow me. I have asked for a new passcode and not receive one. I called and although I was able to get a secure communication notification attempt, still nothing. Even their help service cannot figure out what is wrong. This has been going one for a month with no results other than stress on my part. They take your money, accept your loans, and give you nothing but headaches. In these times, this is the last thing a homeowner needs.
