      I would rate no stars, but not possible. Still working on an assumption I started 14 months ago.......I could write a novel on how pathetic this process and their customer service is. Why did Rocket ********************** buy them.

      The servicer was changed from ********** to Mr. Cooper. Since then, "Mr. Cooper" scams homeowners by incorrectly crediting payments so they can increase the principal so they can collect more interest in the long run. They are NOT TRUSTWORTHY NOR ETHICAL! They refunded my escrow account as a surplus then the very next month said my escrow account was short! I sent them the shortage to avoid them adding it to the loan and they credited it incorrectly. It should be criminal to play with people's hard earned money like this!!!

      spoke with ****** and she said her extension number is **** and I also spoke with ***** manager whos telephone number is at my mortgage company, Mr. Cooper. On June 17, I spoke with a representative at Mr. Cooper, who stated that my payments were not late and on a particular month was September that my payment was not late, but it was reported to my credit bureau on my credit that my payment was late. The representative then advised me to send over the information requested to their research team so they can submit it to the credit bureau to have it corrected I waited and didnt hear anything back until I received the email stating that it wouldnt be corrected so I contacted Mr. Cooper on July 7th and ask Mr. Cooper why they wasnt going to update my credit report when Septembers payment was on time ***** and ****** both gave me a spiel about getting a loan modification and that it made me go uncurrent, but I was current that didnt that make any sense to me because I made my payment exactly when they told me to make my payment and what day to make my payment. This is unethical and its hurting my credit and I cant do things that I need to do and they refuse to update it after they stating I did make on-time payments for September 20 ******************************************************* be greatly appreciated.

      MrCooper or NationStar as it was just renamed, has by far the worst customer service and online system I have ever experienced. The most recent one is just now, where you go through the whole process of uploading an insurance claim check, don't get any confirmation if it was good or not, wait a week or two, then find out it did not work, so you start again. But again they can't confirm if upload worked or not. I wish there was a way to exclude NationStart ability to purchase my loan. About 10 years ago, this was also the back that was holding a loan on a house my client was purchasing. Needless to say, it took a year for them to finally close on a house. If you can stay away from this company.

      Horrible company. I lost my home owners insurance two times. They do not pay your insurance on time. In turn, you get cancelled on your insurance. This has happened two years in a row. They basically voided there own contract by not doing what there own contract states. The unit manager ***** is very unprofessional. He would mock and laugh about the incident. This company should lose the license to be a lender. Now I have to go ***** days with no insurance because of them. They stated they made the payment and the insurance company declined payment. I had Mr ********************** call the insurance company with me on the phone and they stated they would never decline a payment unless it was paid after the due date. And insurance was already cancelled. Also, the insurance company stated they never received any kind of payment from them. If I was to void the mortgage contract I would lose my house. But they can void their own contract and have no consequences. If any one is having this problem or others I recommend making a complaint with the better business bureau (BBB), with consumer financial protection bureau (****) as well as the ********************************************** (****). The last step is to hire an attorney. Horrible company.

      My loan was sold to Mr. Cooper and my mortgage went up by $600 due to an 'escrow analysis" and it was "found" that my escrow was short. I find that hard to believe my previous servicer was short. There is no logical way it went up by that much. They have yet to provide me with the analysis results.

      Most disgusting bank in the world. They lose checks constantly. I doubt there is any bank in the world that constantly loses checks.

      I tried to use the customer service line provided by Mr ********************** regarding my loan and payment information. They are unable to identify my loan, and the *** fails to route to a customer service representative. I have a payment due in a few days and would like to document my experience of trying to contact the mortgage loan services and their ineptitude.

      Mr. Cooper *****. It's just that simple. My mortgage was sold to these clowns. For a mortgage company, they mess up more payments and escrow accounts than a second grader learning math for the first time. Of course, when you call them, they will say that they see the problem and will correct it immediately. Next month, same problem. I'm honestly considering refinancing to just get away from them.

      I would give this company zero stars if I could. Their customer service takes forever to get anything done, they just transfer you from one department to another several times and no one can do anything. They tell you it's one department's job to take care of your request, transfer you, then that department says it's the other department's job, and transfer you back. When you do get a one-off helpful representative and you ask to speak to them again, or have them call you back, no one calls you back. Their telephone system is terrible - the automation does not help you get where you want to go, and when you repeatedly request to speak to a representative, the system drops you off the call and hangs up. What should have taken a simple phone call to resolve took three hours over two days to sort-of resolve, even though I'm still not happy with the resolution.If you have any choice in where you have your mortgage, DO NOT choose Mr ***********************
