      I also ordered from them 12/2022. My order was very late and when I advised them the post office does not take 16 days to delivery to me if they shipped it, I am near the Houston area. They were extremely unprofessional and rude. Many messages were later sent and they would not answer or take my phone call. The gift event the item was purchased for came and went. I ended up keeping the item. All for IN STOCK ITEM! Would never order from these people again. All the good reviews on their website must of been created by them since they so easily call everyone a LIAR! Zero stars would be appropriate!

      I received my Christmas order and it was broken. I called the number no one answered, I left a message, nothing. I sent a text saying order arrived broken - no response. I received $450 worth of broken merchandise that I cannot even give as a gift - basically garbage. It was not only broken, it was scratched, the finishing was marked and and scratched. This was not from shipping. This was boxed and sent to broken from the manufacturer. NOT HAPPY and I will never purchase from them again and will tell everyone I know DO NOT EVER purchase from this company.

      I was forced to leave a star rating and the lowest you could leave was a one but I actually am giving them a negative -10.

      This is a follow up to the response I received from them, wherein they said my comment was a complete lie, and I never ordered from them.

      I just want to add that I have left several voice messages for you to call me and I have yet to receive a call from you.
