    I made a purchase December 13, 2022 order # ***** with The Barber Plug they had sent me the incorrect item I tried emailing, Direct msging via Instagram, and texting no response for weeks. I finally started commenting on theyre Instagram posts stating I needed help and how nobody was responding, at that I got a response But they were asking for cash app to refund me. I told them I do not have that and asked if they can either refund me on the debit card I provided them or send the correct item. They said they will make it right and send the item. Month later no item and I reached out again no response until I commented on a post on Instagram. Again stating how he was going to send a ****** this time. The customer service is unethical since Ive been dealing with them numerous people have told me they have been treated the same from this company and dont know what to do. If you call them it goes straight to a msg. If you email no reply. If direct msg no reply. The company deflects any issues having to do with customers unless they are taking your money. It almost seems like its being ran out of a garage which I know its not but I know something isnt right. Please help me and have one of your representatives pay them a visit. And look into these situations. Im telling you they are doing this to multiple individuals and normally they would accept it or give up. Please look into this company. And Id like to be refunded or have my item replaced. But most of all have them investigated

    I recently made a purchase with a company suggested by a friend called "The Barber Plug". What I thought would be a smooth transaction ended up being a nightmare, I purchased $1000 in shipping insurance but was only credited for $100. To make matters worse, they don't have a legitimate line of communication to get ahold of them,so it's nearly impossible to resolve any issues.

    I ordered in bulk from this company; sent over 7 emails, and paid for express shipping. This was September 14. Here it is October 24th and I have yet receive my items! I asked for my money back and they said they dont do refunds. Now I feel like they are holding my money!

    I paid for a product, I received a date for product to be shipped, I have not gotten any product nor information on why product has not been shipped, payment was made in full and contact was made to vendor.

    I made an online payment with the company on June 24th, 2022. I bought the StyleCraft Rebel Clippers, Babyliss Gold Boost FX Trimmers, nitrile gloves, Hair fibers, a hair fiber applicator, Sanek neck strips and a Sanek neck strip dispenser. After two weeks of no package, I messaged them asking for a replacement clipper (since they claim the ones I ordered were out of stock). They say they would ship the replacement, but didnt do so. Another two weeks go by and they post on their social media saying the StyleCraft Rebel Clippers (The original ones I ordered) were back in stock. As soon as they posted that they sent my order. It took them over a month to send the product, when they said it would take 2-5 business days. However when I received it, I did not get the restocked clippers I asked for , but the replacement they were supposed to ship 2 weeks ago. THE REPLACEMENTS THEY SENT WERENT EVEN THE **** I ASKED FOR. The ones I wanted were purple but they sent gold ones. But what the BIGGEST concern is that when I opened the package, there were NO TRIMMERS IN THE **** These trimmers are $180, and they were not in there. The company blocked my phone number and multiple other numbers I tried calling with. I just want the trimmers or my money back.
