    On *** ***** ***** I consigned three designer items with the business to sell on my behalf. I have three consignment agreements signed between me (consignor) and the business (consignee). After 30 days, the items were to be returned to me if not sold yet. At no point was I contacted to have my items returned. Around mid July, the shop had their locks changed by the owner of the plaza due to unpaid rent from the business. The business claimed they were working towards relocation & distributing all items back to original clients on their Facebook page, but all comments read not a single person can attest to being contacted for their items. Many other customers have complained on their social media & reached out to local news outlets, but The Handbag Clinic has not reached out to any of the clients to have their items returned nor to resolve the issue. My items included a Louis Vuitton Neverfull PM in Damier Ebene, estimated worth of $1300 & I was to receive 70%, totaling $910; Prada Sandals, estimated worth of $500 & I was to receive 60%, totaling $300; Yves Saint Laurent Sandals, estimated worth of $800, & I was to receive 70%, totaling $560.

    I am making a complaint against AARON GARCIA with approx. ***** ****. He is the owner of a luxury retail business known as HANDBAG CLINIC & BOUTIQUE. The address of this retail business is The Handbag Clinic, 7001 N. 10th St., Suite F, McAllen, TX 78504. The FACEBOOK retail account page is in the name of HANDBAG CLINIC & BOUTIQUE.

    On ******** *** **** I signed a contract with Aaron Garcia at the HANDBAG CLINIC & BOUTIQUE consigning two (2) luxury items that I own, and one sold, but to the best of my knowledge, as of today, the Louis Vuitton large bucket has NOT sold. Mr. Garcia placed a resale value of $1,600 dollars on the LV bucket bag. On ******** *** **** I signed a second contract with Aaron Garcia, consigning two luxury items: a mini Louis Vuitton pochette and a large Coach Peyton travel duffle bag. Mr. Garcia placed a total combined resale value on these two items at $1,250 dollars; these items to my knowledge, as of today have NOT been sold. To summarize, I have a total of three luxury items on consignment for a total resale value of $2,850 dollars.


    THE HANDBAG CLINIC STORE IS CLOSED.
    After seeing the disturbing postings on the store’s FB account, I went to the store myself and saw a NOTICE OF CHANGE OF LOCKS FOR NON-PAYMENT OF RENT. I sent three requests to the HANDBAG CLINIC via their FB Messenger and WhatsApp accounts as provided by their FB account. I requested the store to return my three luxury items immediately. On ********* I called the owner Aaron Garcia; I requested he return my 3 items, and he said he would call me back, but never did. On ********* I filed a police report about this theft - with the McAllen PD.

    I want my luxury items returned to me at once. Thank you.

    This is a consignment luxury business and repairs. I left my Louis vuitton strap to sell for consignment on **** ** as well as dropped off a Luis Vuitton wallet for repairs. I came to pick up my items and all the merchandise from the business is gone as well as a fail to pay rent notice. The owner has not responded to call nor messages. I would like to receive my items back.
