    I bought a vacuum cleaner from Abatix in *******, the vacuum broke into pieces so I returned the store in order to be repaired or replaced by the warranty on 11/30/2022 I never heard anything I start calling them January 2023, they said they havent received response from the warranty and I waited, in April I called again to complain so they said they are going to refund me the money for the vacuum cleaner $336.66, so they issued refund with RMA number ******* i never received the money, since April I had 10 calls with them specially with **** he promised and promised but nothing happened, now is almost July I havent received a si gel call from them and all I hear is lies, this company is bunch of scammers I need my money back!!!

    Abatix contacted the customer and received updated card information to process a refund. Refund was processed on 7/21/23 and receipt is attached.

    I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution. 
    ****** contacted me and he took my credit card details so he forwarded the refund and I should be getting it working 7 business days
