      On 01/10/2024, I hired & paid $320 to the Bosworth Company for their leak detection services. They sent two technicians who spent about an hour using their equipment to locate a leak in my plumbing. They were able to detect the ************* a spot in a bathroom where they felt most confident that the leak was near. I was notified that their **** might not be exact, but the leak would be relatively close. I exposed the plumbing in the area that was ****ed, to find it completely dry. After hiring another plumbing company to locate the leak, it was successfully discovered over 6 from the spot ****ed by The Bosworth Company. I contacted Bosworth to let them know that their technicians were not within a reasonable distance of the actual leak, and was told that they cant see underground & dont guarantee their location accuracy. I understand that they may not be accurate within a foot or two, but for a service costing several hundred dollars, I do expect them to at least be somewhat close.

      6/15/23 $150 Committed to resolving our issue. (Insufficient air flow to one of the bedrooms making it uncomfortably hot) The issue with our HVAC was not resolved. As a matter of fact, now two bedrooms have insufficient air flow that had no problem before. To make matters worse, while in attic, the technician fell through the ceiling in the garage. This created another huge inconvenience but thankfully, a crew did come out to fix that on 6/19/23. On 6/20/23, I contacted BOSWORTH in hopes of getting the previous issue resolved, but I was informed by a supervisor named **** that they would have to charge me again to fix the issue although the problem was actually made worse. As **** stated, hes been doing this for 22 years and sometimes they get it right and sometimes they dont, but if we wanted the issue resolved; we would have to pay another $150 each time they come out to try to fix the problem and it may take up to three to four times to fix. He then stated If youd like I can have the technician go put it back they way it was in a rather threatening manner. I did not receive an apology, an Im sorry, or well make this right, so I requested to speak to the owner or his boss and he stated that I didnt want to talk to him because his boss was on vacation in ***********. Due to the fact that **** refused to allow me to speak with anyone else, Im having to contract another air conditioning company to come and fix the air flow issue that was not fixed and made worse by Bosworth. This will cause me to pay even more and I would like to be compensated for the money Im spending to have another company come fix what Bosworth did not; as well as the new issue they created, and Id like my money back from Bosworth.
