      Scammers!! Asked for a chimney sweep and the employee did nothing, recommended we get a new fireplace and said he couldn't do anything because he didn't have a manual for our chimney. I wasnt home at the time so I called the owner of the company asking why I paid for NOTHING. Said the employee would return my call and never did. I was also told the employee didn't have a ladder so not sure how they were going to clean my chimney.

      Do not use this company. It is a scam. They stuck the machine down my return which circulated the air down in my basement. They never clean my ducks. My inspector that came to inspect my property, said they cleaned the hole in the floor that leads to the basement and they circulated the air. I have pictures of my husband sticking his hand through the hole in the floor. I have pictures of the company putting the machine through the same hole in the floor they do not care relation if I take them to court, they said good luck see you in court

      An absolute scam!! Please don't use this company. Their manager is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. They charge you for things they don't disclose upfront. Please DON'T EVEN GET A QUOTE FROM THEM, because they will charge you $129 for nothing.

      They are a rip off and scam, came to my home after quoting for a whole house vent cleaning and dryer cleaning... Up charged me and then didn't complete the job they were hired for. I sent over photos of the dryer vent cleaning with piles of lint and dirt and they said they didn't clean the vent that way. Although everyone else seems to clean both the inside and outside of the dryer vent. Would NEVER recommend them. STAY AWAY!

      United Home Services does inefficient background checks on the businesses they contract with. We were scammed by a chimney sweep contractor who was ill equipped and never cleaned up after smoking out a raccoon family from our chimney and charging $5000. He even had to use my ladder to get access to the roof and charged $650 for a chimney cap. We were left with a horrendous stench that we are still dealing with.

      The $140 duct cleaning is cheap for a reason - our technician attached a vacuum to a single spot and let it run for 40 minutes, then left. More time was spent trying to upsell us on add-ons.

      The worst home service I have ever experienced. They sent a man to clean my ventilation ductwork with an old wet dry vacuum with no filter. As he vacuumed, the dust blew right into my home and filled the air with dust clouds. I called the office and complained while it was in progress but they didnt care, i called his boss, he didnt care either. I told the guy to stop and go buy a filter and he just ignored me. They charged me 500 for ruining my home. Ive had sinus infections ever since and now have to see specialists. They should be put out of business

      The Management team was rude. The Salesman lied to Senior Citizen who is on a fixed income stating was Government program but charging thousands of dollars no Itemized bill once the work was complete. They install 40 ********** Water Heater and High Efficiency AC unit and Ductwork replacement with NO PERMIT FILED. No Air Condition 3 times in ***** Heat. Told by the Installer NO Permit is required due to Business don't want to pay the Cost. They should have advised this to the Customer. This is Predatory Sale Practices misleading Senior Citizen. The Customer called the City and verified NO Permit was filed. Now the Customer will have to pay inspector to come out and make sure work was done right. The Permit charge should have been included in the cost let that be the Customer decision. However the Customer was never advised they rushed the installment so they can charge outrageous cost. No person in their right mind want gas water or AC install not being Inspected once the work is complete. We live in a world everyone is GREED all about the dollar no one want to do the right thing and be honest.

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! UNITED HOME SERVICES STEALS YOUR MONEY! If I could leave zero stars I would. ***** service technician, Shai, vacuumed my fireplace. He did not have brushes to clean the inside. He just ran a vacuum for 20 minutes. When I called to complain, the manger blamed me. His name is *****. He gaslight me and insulted me, by saying I am a female and I do not understand the service being done. I hired a reputable company. They had pictures of the inside and outside of my chimney. They brought actual brushes and cleaned. They explained everything in detail.UNITED HOME SERVICES DID NOTHING BUTBSTEAL MY MONRY AND WILL STEAL YOURS!
