      A technician named Ben came to repair my outdoor gas firepit. He informed me that since the inspection will take more than 15 minutes (because of the removal of lava rocks from the firepit), he said he will need to double the initial service fee, totaling $189, which I authorized reluctantly. After he emptied the lava rocks to inspect the firepit insert and receiver, he informed me that I need to call the manufacture and buy a part myself, and that he did not have the training or knowledge to perform any repairs. After paying $204.59 with nothing done and being told to call the manufacture myself was infuriating. I feel completely taken advantage of.

      This company is a scam! Charged me $250 duct cleaning for 2 systems unlimited vents an extra $30 over their quote saying it was sales tax. First they tried to tell me that my system was so dirty that it needed a deep cleaning for $2000. I looked at the picture they took with thier cell phone inside the vent what I saw was just a little bit of dust After I refused to buy the upgrade they stuck their vacuum on two vents one on each system for 10 minutes each and left with my $250 and I still had the same amount of dust in my vents.
