      Giving me the run around about a simple code to meter room for ******* to see why my wifi is offline. Told me they could not give me code to meter room. Said tech needed to call, had tech call and now he has to email them credentials (since when)? Then told me they need at least 24/48hrs when I have contacted them before and was given the passcode and have proof of that email.Me and tech waited for a callback and received none, so I called back..to now I have to file and fill out paperwork. Tech said he has never experienced anything like it.This started at 9am and it is 3:46pm and Xfinity has yet to gain access. I have missed work and potentially will no longer have my work from home job.The tech has left and how can I even schedule another appointment when they cant even gain access to meter room.Rude, nasty, makes excuses, and doesnt get back in timely manner!

      Was given a contact phone number and email for this company through the letters they mail to our house. When you try calling the number nobody answers. When you send emails nobody responds. Ended up getting charged tons of HOA late fees by them because they didn’t respond. When I finally got in touch with them they blamed me saying I should’ve looked for other ways to contact them.

      Our community was having a Turnover Meeting of the Membership. We were notified via email that a meeting was happening. I inquired with our CAM if there would be an option to call or zoom into the meeting. She informed me that there would be, & the information would be in the official notice. We received the notice and there was no information on how to call or zoom in. I contacted Alisa DeLorme. Her response was rude & unprofessional “This is an in-person meeting that’s why. If you could provide someone with the limited proxy, they could stand in for you.” As there was no indication that it was “in-person meeting”. I officially requested accommodation under the ADA due to a compromised immune system from Stage 4 Cancer which prevents me from attending large gatherings. Alisa stated she would discuss it with her manager. After receiving no response from Alisa I contacted their main office and asked to speak to someone that could assist me. DaVanti connected me to Alisa. As soon as she answered the phone, she had an attitude. She did tell me that she spoke to her manager who said that the location for the meeting was handicap accessible for wheelchairs. She further stated that her manager said “because the meeting was already scheduled they could not change it to a call in meeting.” I explained to her that my disability was a compromised immune system (covered under the ADA). After a very tense conversation I asked for her manager’s contact information. She gave me Tatiana Anderson. I sent an email clarifying my request. I included Mandy Morgan CEO of Evergreen. This is about how unprofessionally I was treated. But considering that Mandy could not even contact me it leads me to believe that the company has no true management structure. Please contact me if you have questions or would like to review all the email correspondence. Due to character limits a lot of info is missing.

      Absolute incompetent company that purposely institutes inefficient processes that drain HOA funds. VP of Operations (Krystal Rogers) is beyond incompetent which trickles down to her staff and she has zero integrity. Community has been mismanaged due to their incompetence and they have zero fiduciary interest. A formal complaint to NC Real Estate Commission will be filed to expose their scam operation.

      I email them to voice my concerns and now they are hounding me with fines. Than tell me I have X amount of days to resolve they issue but when I call them they ignore my calls and reply in a email to leave a voicemail? This company is a scam! They dont communicate they dont call back all they do is send fines and watch your house like a hawk for violations!

      Just had our turnover meeting. Evergreen was completely unorganized, didn’t have answers to important questions, kept telling residents that the streets and parking are CDD which is not true it’s county. Please don’t spread misinformation. They mentioned the elected board members would be able to sign for certification if they feel comfortable without taking the class- shortcut?
      Our CAM- Alisa rolled her eyes the entire time- first time I’ve met her- seems like a Gem. Our vote counting process got messed up and they let the bottom of the vote residents decide who would stay and who would withdraw- we should have voted. I can tell this company works for the developers not the residents. Please do not respond to me telling me I’m wrong. Your company is a joke and I really hope the board decides to drop this company. I hear 3 builders in our community of Triple Creek FL are selling new builds directly to rental companies. Can you confirm if this is allowed?

      Awful. Their fees are non-transparent and high. I was not told their system did "not accept" my e-check. I have plenty of funds in that account and wire money all the time. They did not notify my until after the penalty period and would not refund it because of their processing error. I still haven't been able to get a hold of anyone on the phone to discuss this, 2 months & running. I will be voting to replace them at our next HOA meeting.

      I do appreciate your reply. However, outside of a few small concessions you made, which should never have been concessions to begin with, the systemic issues with your service remain.



      I'll change the review up by 1-star but for me to give a legitimately good review or remove this one, some structural changes are needed.



      Again I really do appreciate the correspondence and fairly prompt response.

      **********************, Community Association Manager, has disappointed me with his lack of professionalism and ability to resolve important matters. There was an error on management's end drafting my auto payment- a representative said it was due to the hurricane that hit through Central ******* -and he is refusing to find a resolution. Since the representative did not email me, he is calling it hearsay. Not the kind of staff I want backing me up if a major issue arises. Also, ************ grass is completely dead- perhaps the $35 bogus fee added to my account could be considered a wash for the horrible appearance of every patch of grass we pay high amounts to manage each month- just a thought.

      I had the misfortune of moving into a lennar community that is serviced by evergreen...what a mistake. Not only are they non-responsive, but it is evident they really only care about revenue generation!

      Since moving into Hanover Lakes in St. Cloud, FL I have asked for a copy of the bylaws six different times. One time they responded and said it's in the community portal, but never provided me with the required code to sign into the community. How hard is it to mail it email a copy??

      They give arbitrary warnings...the latest one I received was to remove my realtor's sign from my yard!! There are for sale signs in several yards ..I can imagine the people moving out are doing so due to this unprofessional HOA management company. I can't wait to move - just feel bad for anyone who is buying the house.

      A copy of the Governing Documents for the Association are provided at closing from the developer.
      Once a new homeowner registers their account thay can access all data on the website. This information is sent to you after closing, April 2022. As far as Community Standards we follow the CC&R's. If your conmmunity has restriuctions on signs we are simply following thoise rules. Your violation was for landscaping and the old sign.

      Sounds about right! You say it's the developer, they say it's you. In the meantime YOU are giving the violations. How hard is it really to provide the bylaws?? I've asked at least 6 times! That's just wrong!! In addition, the warning did not say anything about an "old sign" It simply stated "remove sign" with no further explanation. I stand by my original comment. You all are terrible!!!

      Avoid at all costs! Very poor customer service. We pay 650 a month but they do not repair anything. Place looks really bad. Leaky roofs cause huge water damage.
