This has to be the worst company I've ever dealt with. My car was originally a lease/rental and is thus listed as a "fleet" car with ********* Services. In order to use the FREE Alexa **** it must be listed as privately owned. They WILL NOT change it unless I pay a monthly charge to them!!! It's bad enough that their front line customer service doesn't know WHAT their talking about but any follow up with higher *** is met with total silence. THEY WONT EVEN ANSWER THE BBB WITH ANYTHING MORE THAN THE SAME FORM RESPONSE OVER AND OVER!!!! It's a wonder they're still in business. This is my first Toyota purchase and will absolutely be my last.

I bought a 2020 RAV4 Limited that has had problem after problem. Not to mention how hot the interior gets, very bad design. Now I am without the display that is getting repaired NOT replaced for over a month and waiting. I started having problem with it less than a year after I bought the car, but the dealer brushed off my concern until the warranty period was over. I called TMNA and they offer little to no help on this top-of-the-line expensive car that they don't want to warranty. I have REALLY lost faith in this brand and I have only had Toyotas in the past. I hope Toyota wakes up soon before all their customer stop coming back!PS, don't be like me PUSH back hard when you see a problem with your car! The warranty period goes by fast!pss. Stop all the subscription nonsense your cars are too expensive as it is without continuously paying hundreds a year for the subscription that should come standard on the car! :(

I bought a brand new 2023 ************* at the end of August at ******* Toyota. The dealership is great. I had a great experience with them. My complaint is with Toyota itself.I did not receive two key fobs at the point of sale. This is a safety hazard as it could potentially lock us out of our car in the middle of nowhere if the one fob malfunctions. It would also potentially require us to tow the car and incur fees.We need a second fob now. Two months is unacceptable. This has been a problem with Toyota for well over a year, and that is plenty of time to find a solution.

Almost all of the complaints have nothing to do with TMMK and most are complaints over parts shortages due to pandemic issues the company has. As a factory TMMK does its best to provide the highest possible quality and as an employer goes above and beyond all other companies. TMMK does follow policy strictly though. I have worked there previously as both temp through three different groups and as independent contracted employee. I was also a full time permanent employee who left voluntarily, have had multiple friends and family work there since it opened myself having played on the lawns as a child there. TMMK has always been fair and I can say having worked for almost every group there and as a full time employee no longer affiliated, I can say it is one of the best employers one can have. They even bent over backwards during the Tsunami shutdown to provide work for temps and full time alike.

The Toyota shopping website states that the online price estimate listed for a car on the website is the price you pay at the dealer when it is through SmartPath. The car I was looking into was the RAV4 Prime 2023 model at the ********* Toyota dealership. I received a call from them stating that the car was there. I had asked multiple questions to confirm it was the specific model that I wanted, and had also asked to confirm that there was no dealer markup. When I first looked online it showed that there was no dealer adjustment and that was the reason why I had asked to confirm availability through the website in the first place. I received a call from the ********* Toyota dealer. I drove over ***** minutes to get there. When I got there they asked me to wait for the salesman to get ready. When they eventually took me over for the test drive they said oh by the way there is a markup of around $6,000. I immediately stopped them and said stated/showed them the advertised price on the official website and stated that they were listed as a Toyota SmartPath Dealer. I knew the price that I should pay before even getting there. Then the guy tried to convince me that it was ok because the manufacturer case incentive would offset the price. That ************** the fact that there was no dealer markup were the reasons I even considered coming out to buy the car. Multiple areas on the SmartPath and Toyota shopping websites showed state that with smart path you are supposed to pay the price that is listed online. When I reported them to the National Toyota ***, I was basically told, we can only provide MSRP and can't mandate them to use specific pricing. That's all well and good but I asked them about the SmartPath pricing and they basically sidestepped the question and did not answer why SmartPath exists. SmartPath is advertised as a way to buy online with the exact numbers online being the exact price you pay. So basically this was all false advertising and fraud.

I have a **** Toyota 4 Runner. I was told the frame is rusting out and can be dangerous to drive. My 4 Runner SR5 has ******* miles but runs perfect. I'd love to keep the *** for many more years as I don't drive it that often. I called my dealership, Crestmont Toyota, and then Toyota HQ. I told them my family and I have a long history with Toyota to which they didn't care. They proceeded to tell me that my 4Runner is out of warranty, it's only 5 years for rust (which is a total joke) and it would be around $8000 to repair the frame. So after years and years of my family purchasing three Lexus, four 4 Runners, and 2 Camrys, we will never buy a Toyota again. Time to buy a ******* or ****** What a disgrace Toyota is.

I have bought a Toyota sienna 2023 platinum trim and having it for 3 days and paint started peeling off like it was just sheet glued on the body without primer. I have been trying to get different car since I dont want to pay premium price and waited 9 months for a car and have to deal with issue on very first week of having it. Now they dont want to listen to me and just keeps throwing me place to place to file complaints and no one is listening and finding solutions for this.

I bought a 2023 Lexus 350RX on Feb. 2, 2023, as of today, I still have not received my second FOB key for the car. When I got in contact with the Southampton Lexus, where I bought it, all they do is blaming the Lexus Headquarters. I am not getting a straight answer from either the dealer or Lexus. All I get is : the key is coming soon. Same story for the last 7 months.

For a billion plus profit enterprise, Toyota must have the worst customer service in ANY industry. They consistently push customers off by, in essence, lying about follow up and then, I assume, hope you'll eventually just go away because you have no recourse. Dealers insist they can't help you and that you have to contact Toyota and then Toyota just blows you off. Will NOT be purchasing a Toyota ever again.

Lexus have the worst *********************** for his clients.I got a flat tired at 9 am and they sent me someone to help me by 3:30 pm. They lied to me for 6 hours telling me that they already dispatched a person to help **** requested to talk to a Manager but he was busy and never came to the phone, They couldnt care less about me as a customer. Be aware of this when you buy your next Lexus. If this happens to you at 5 pm in the road be aware that you might receive help 6 hours later.
